Wonderful hole in the whole type pastry and coffee shop. Had the ham and cheese croissants and a scone. We went with the matcha to accompany the sweets. Everything was delicious. Croissant was flaky and fluffy. Scone wasn't too dry or hard at all. Matcha was nice and hot.

Lots of pastry options and coffee drinks. Limited seating. Modern feel and relaxing environment.

This place is aesthetically pleasing and their coffee was decent. I came here today for pastries and am so disappointed. Extremely underwhelming and on the pricy side. A grocery store has better pastries.

All the “twice baked almond croissants” are really just kind of burnt and extremely crunchy. The almond filling inside is very good, but the burnt crunching croissant ruins it. The monkey bread was acceptable. How can you go wrong with this though? I also had a lemon bar that tasted of nothing followed by a joyless whisper of mild lemon after taste. The consistency is that of biting into a cold stick of butter. Honestly not something I finished or would ever order again.

Great place to stop! I have not yet tried their dining, so far it has been coffee and sweets from their bakery display in the front. The cafe smells wonderful with confections, bread, and coffee in the air. There was a nice warmth from the wood fired oven, I can see me being here this winter for sure and loving that oven! I had a shortbread cookie, t was great. Not too moist, not too dough like, just right. The caramel latte was very nice, with both the caramel coming through subtle but not overpowering the espresso itself, which was lovely. I also had a doppio, and that was very good. The new espresso I believe was a Guatemala 🇬🇹 variety, and it was a excellent choice with the shortbread. Many more things to sample from Ethos! ❤️

Aug 2018 (2 visits) came in the morning for java for the road. What a surprise, It is perfect. Bakery with a cafe style menu is amazing. It has a drive through for java on the run but you could order pastries without leaving your car...what?! With an oven on site the pizza must be stellar, will include in my next visit.

7/19 recent visit - food so yummy and coffee is still strong. The donut is too refine almost healthy tasting. Needs to me a little more greasy, yep greasy. It’s a donut.

I've stopped in here a few times before the Farmer's Market opens, for coffee and a pastry. They have a lot of tasty looking baked goods, and a small selection of gluten free items. The GF lemon poppyseed muffin is very good, and pleasantly moist which is a win. I get a vanilla latte, and they have all the espresso fixings to customize it the way you like (such as alternative 'milks'). There's seating inside, and a few small tables out front. They could use a third person working when it gets busy, but the two who are normally there do a good job and always share some smiles.

We went in excited to get coffee and sit down and enjoy it at 5:10pm when the hours posted as closing was 6:00pm. But when we walked in we were not greeted and the girl working did not seem happy. We still went ahead an tried to order my husband asked for his coffee in a mug but she very awkwardly stated that she couldn’t do that because it was close to closing time. We will never go back to this estblishmemt if I couldn’t give it zero starts I would. Horribly service and coffee.

Had a delicious pumpkin spice latte. Not sugary, but with a powerful flavor punch. Very drinkable and not bitter. Their bakery selection looked amazing, but I wasn’t shopping for those items. Would recommend for coffee lovers.
