This company charged my card and I NEVER booked a flight with them. I immediately filed fraud charge with my bank.
Well pleasantly surprised that after this review, I received a call from the company. I did in fact book a flight but the $25 charged for change of the flight, I didn't authorize nor initiate. Mr. Henry sent confirmation email that my refund for the $25 would hit my card within 5-7 business days. I appreciate the prompt response. Thank you Eros Tours and Travel Inc.

This is the worst place to do business, I was not done right I was trying to get a refund on my flight because I got sick and I was telling them I could not travel because of illness they said to me to bad i despise the way that they talked to me I'm 68 years old and I don't know much about this new technology they did not honor the agreement. I need my money they tell me to go to the airline, the airline said Eros travel is responsible for the refund because they are the one that received the money all I want is my money back, I'm not asking for nothing that don't belong to, Just what's mine. I will not go away

Stay away from this travel & Tour. It’s a pick pocket. I bought 2 tickets from them. The 1 I cancelled in 12 hours which should be fully refunded but they didn’t. The other I cancelled in a couple of days.
Besides the money they’d charged, charged my card for additional $ (“48.56 + 59.56 + 75.00”) as the service charges and didn’t refund me anything so far in 25 days.
I wish them the worst of luck. Check out in picture what they charged.

SCAMMED ME TOO!! First red flag TODAY they hung up in my face immediately when I mentioned my FLIGHT CREDIT aka REFUND. (Well, I also brought the travel insurance for August trip but fell ill so cancelled. Wonder if that was fake!). September 2, weeks later, I tried to use my CREDIT REFUND voucher funds of $388 in for October round trip I found myself on the American Airlines (AA) website for $382 fare. Can't move forward per AA website without EROS so tried to work with them...but they fabricated a fare increase of $195. Incredible! I was on hold for an hour for some B.S. SCAMMERS.

This agency is a complete fraud. They don't even deserve a singe star . Delta airline changed my departure time from 515pm to 508pm and this travel agency charged me $75 for that change. I didn't initiate the change. The 7 minutes departure time change just (a reminder from the Delta airline) and they took advantage of it and charged my credit card 75 bucks . In effect whenever there is a little delay or change by the airline you the customer will be charged $75. When I called them they told me that my card was already charged so I can do what I want. I have contacted my bank for a refund ASAP COZ I DIDN'T AUTHORIZE THE PAYMENT.
Sad to say that this wasn't a new flight. Is the same flight with same ticket. I have got such bulletins from other airlines or agents as reminder with no chargeable fees more so $75. Those booking with you guys in future should be ready to pay $75 each time there is change by airline and they will be doing so at their own peril. What a scam they have been warned !!!

This company does not deserve a single star. I told the guy multiple times that I didn't want credits, and I just wanted a refund, and he just kept on asking to give me credits. When I called them a second time, they hanged up on me. Keep in mind, they make you wait 1 hour or more until they answer your call. Horrible experience overall! I was booked two tickets.one from Washington,DC to New York and the second one from New York to Cincinnati Cvg. I cancelled the first ticket they charged me $50 but I didn't get my money back and when I asked them to cancel my second ticket with $50 fees but his not willing.he told me to call American airlines when I call American airlines I gave them the 220 number they don't even know the number.220number is for Lufthansa. Please please avoid this company .

I had to cancel my fathers flight due to him having a heart procedure and this is when the trouble began. We had to cancel his flight and they charged $25 to cancel his flight. When I asked them how much was his credit they said it would be in the email. The email did not provide the credit amount. When I called to reschedule the first person on the phone could not tell me the credit and then gave me three different prices on a new flight. I asked to speak to a supervisor and someone in North America and was told that I had to give them my phone number. In which I replied negative and there is no reason to have my number. I was finally transferred to a supervisor and who was just as rude as the first guy. I am just shocked that a business like this is still in business. I am also reporting this company to the BBB.
