Got the turkey sandwich with bacon. Overpriced. No flavor. Nothing "gourmet" about it. Waited about 15 minutes on a slow morning. You're better off going to Safeway next door and getting a premade sandwich for less money and better taste. Not worth it at all.

Plus no one was working the register as we waited fpr our sandwiches and when we were given our sandwiches we were rudly told "you haven't paid yet I can't give this to you." Well no duh, we've been standing here for 15 minutes with no one helping us.

I got an egg salad with horseradish on rye - so good!

My only wish is that I asked to have it cut diagonally into triangles rather than horizontally into rectangles 😋

Compared against the egg sandos from Tong Sui and egg salad sandwiches Safeway, Eric's Gourmet wins.

Just a normal place for a quick lunch. The panini is cold inside.

Very good customer service. In my new position I am exploring delis near my work for the purpose of catering meetings and I received timely and very good customer service from, who I later found out, was the owner. Ordered the New York steak sandwich. I wanted the rib eye but unfortunately they didn't have that available at the time. The sandwich was tasty but then I am a huge fan of caramelized onions and sauteed mushrooms, which it had. Their potato salad was pretty decent but I wasn't crazy about some of the very large pieces of potato. What I did like was that it had mustard, which I find balances out the fatty mayo. I also had the cucumber salad. Nice flavorful tangy salad but again, not a fan of the lack of uniformity size of the ingredients. Made it hard to get a bite that had a little of everything in the salad.

Very, very expensive for a veggie sandwich. $7.95 for minimal toppings:
1 leaf of lettuce, 1 slice of pickle and 4 rings of onion. The thin spread of mayo and mustard didn't help the dry bread very much.
.50 cents extra for 4 slices of cucumber and $1.50 for a few artichoke hearts.
Ridiculous. Triple or quadruple the veggies and have fresh bread and the price would be more understandable.
It felt like their protocol is to give the minimum. The gal who helped me was very nice, the manager or owner seemed annoyed I was there.. he made the sandwich. Given the prices I would think the interior would be much more appealing and clean.

Although the food was good they overcharged and we're not clear on what they were charging. They do not let you know that you pay for every item on the sandwich. And because I ordered the gluten-free option my sandwich was not as large as a regular sandwich and it cost more because I had to pay for the cheese that I didn't expect cheese on my sandwich but they asked me if I wanted cheese and I thought the cheese came with the meal will know they charge for the cheese a whole dollar. A whole dollar fifty for one slice of cheese if you want a big sandwich with lots of produce on it go to Togo's
