They got me in fast. They were attentive to my needs. Quickly got a I V started after accessing that I had a UTI. Gave me something to reduce the swelling which reduced the pain. The people there were very nice and gave me a good felling that I was going to be taken care of. I have had not so good experience from this clinic in the past. But the people that are there now got it down and understand how to treat a person. I would highly recommend people to the clinic.

Front desk lady was pretty rude. I was quite sick and all she would say was “can I help you” pretty rudely as I didn’t know what she wanted like my name or symptoms or what and she just stared at me with out saying anything else.
Other than that the Dr and other nurses were nice and I got in and out in about an hour.

Grateful for the nurses who were very helpful and patient.

I had a bad experience with Dr. Glen Monk. I made it clear I was afraid of a serious and life threatening condition. He continued to diagnose after less than a minute of examination and discussion. When I asked him to return for further explanation, he was clearly dismissive and annoyed that I had further questions. His diagnosis ended up being correct, but his bed side manner is terrible and he gives patients little confidence in their health.

I want to express my deepest gratitude to the two amazing nurses Kianna & Vonda and the doctor who took care of my mom during her recent visit. From the moment we arrived, the nurses showed genuine compassion, professionalism, and patience. They made sure my mom was comfortable, kept us informed every step of the way, and never once made us feel like just another case.
The doctor was incredibly thorough and attentive. He took the time to listen to our concerns, explained everything clearly, and made sure my mom received the best possible care. It was clear that he truly cares about his patients, and that made all the difference during such a stressful time. This team made us feel heard and cared for. Thank you for your dedication, kindness, and excellent care. You made a difficult day a lot easier to bear, and we’re truly grateful.

I’ve visited the Sherman ER twice now, and both experiences have been outstanding. From the moment you walk in, the staff is attentive, compassionate, and efficient. I was seen quickly both times, and what really stood out was how seriously they take your concerns. They truly listen and never make you feel rushed or dismissed. Every member of the team from the front desk to the medical staff demonstrates genuine care for their patients. It’s clear that they prioritize quality care and patient comfort. I couldn’t ask for a better experience during stressful moments. Highly recommend this ER!

Pretty quick to get in and seen. The only thing I didn't like was having to give personal information while in a room with 2 other people who could hear everything. Sure there was a curtain, but not real privacy while answering personal questions. The doctor and staff were really personable and I enjoyed it for the most part.

Nurses and staff were excellent and I couldn’t be more appreciative of the care they gave me. 5 star review with top of the line care. Thank you all! Alex was my nurse and she took great care of me. Also would like to note that the gentleman that done my IV did it with no complications and my arm did not even bruise afterwards.

I went in to the ER for back pain due to a fall I had from the night before. The wait time in the lobby was maybe 10 minutes, which was great because my pain was about an 8/10. I had fallen from passing out a few weeks prior and broke a vertebrae in my lower back. I was afraid I had damaged it further because it felt like I had. From the front desk’s clerk to the NP who saw me, everyone was great. My RN, Kristin, was very sweet and brought me pain relief promptly. The CT tech, Vanessa, was also very sweet and made me feel very comfortable throughout the scanning process. Debbie, the registrar, was nice and thorough and made me feel like a person, not just another number. I was very grateful for the kindness they all showed towards me. I will definitely go back, should the need arise.
