I want to express my sincere appreciation for the exceptional customer service provided by Breezy Flores, Manager at the La Habra Enterprise branch. She recently assisted me after my mother’s vehicle was damaged in a parking lot, and her dedication to ensuring a smooth experience was truly remarkable.

Breezy went above and beyond to accommodate both me and my mother, an elderly driver who was understandably shaken by the incident. She took the time to find a replacement vehicle that my mother was comfortable with, even making multiple calls to other Enterprise locations to secure the right car. Her empathy, patience, and resourcefulness made what could have been a stressful situation so much easier to navigate.

A huge thank you as well to Maribel and Luis, who were also incredibly helpful and made the entire process seamless. Their teamwork and commitment to excellent service did not go unnoticed.

We will absolutely be referring more friends and family to this location in the future. Breezy is a true asset to your team, and we appreciate her professionalism and kindness!

I had an excellent experience with Enterprise, thanks to the outstanding customer service I received. I had to do three separate car switch-outs, which could have been a hassle, but everything was handled smoothly and efficiently. Ashton was incredibly communicative and proactive, ensuring the process was seamless from start to finish. She went above and beyond to make sure I had what I needed, making the entire experience stress-free. I really appreciate the professionalism.

I’ve never had a bad experience with this office until today. My license expired literally on my birthday 12/11, I renewed my license online for a confirmation and printed that confirmation with a new expired date until I receive my license by mail. The manager sent me to a Kiosk center to bring in an actual dmv printed form. I wasn’t able to get a print out at the kiosk center because I had already renewed it online. I called the office back to speak with the manager again and she wanted me to go to the DMV, which is not open on the weekend. At this point I’m frustrated me and my husband always rent from this branch. My husband is a gold member. The manager wasn’t able to help me out with the rental at all I had no other choice but to cancel. Luckily I called the Rowland heights branch and they were happy to assist me. I will never book with this branch ever again.

I've rented 3 times from here. Each time there was an issue. Luis admitted that they overbooked and twice the first time and the third time. The second time they gave me a car that was leaking from the heater core had me take it to the mechanic who took an hour just to tell me it was a warranty issue. This location in La Habra has failed me 3Xs I like doing locally buisiness but this is ludicrous. UPDATE they respond on the negative reviews and leave a generic contact that forces you to go through the whole website to email the person. That's a bad as me having to leave the la habra branch to drive a broken car down the street to have their mechanic look at it instead of giving me another car. SMH Chris R. It had a good experience but only complaint is they couldn’t give me the car on my walk in visit, i had to do the reservation and go there the next day… even they didn’t have the kind of car that I was authorized from the insurance company… they upgrade the vehicle with no extra cost since they didn’t have the similar… lastly after hours drop off was great experience just leave the car on their parking lot and drop the key in the drop off box…

I have been happy with my rental and fast service when I'm in a hurry to get on the road. Breezy went above and beyond to make my transaction fast .Thanks to Breezy for excellent service In such a busy store .Breezy is a multi tasker that blazes through customers on the phone, the computer and walking in. AMAZING TEAM!! Let me start by recognizing Luis in getting to my vehicle quickly and giving me details on add On’s/sales. Unfortunately the vehicle wasn’t what I expected regarding size for my kids but the next day Leo was just awesome. He was able to assist me with exchanging it for a higher vehicle for me and he took that extra initiative to ensure I was happy. I needed it for an extra day which the customer service agent was not helpful but when I spoke to another Luis he took care of me. I am beyond grateful and thankful for this amazing team. You will never go wrong renting with them!

There staff here are so friendly and professional. You’ll feel right at home and they do anything they can do to make your experience a little easier. That was unexpected and awesome. I had a world-class awful experience at the shop where my car was being repaired for a week, and this Enterprise rental office was a shining light during that ordeal and even gave me a referral which resulted in me getting a new car. I’d go back to this Enterprise any time and send anyone I care about to them also.
