Everything about this hotel and spa was great! The rooms are very accommodating, the service 5 star. From the garden at the gate to the bell man greeting us with warm cider (January visit) to the front desk everyone was welcoming and sincerely happy to be there. But the space massage was to die for!! And the location? Breath taking. Book it now!! You will not regret it.

Enchantment Resort is service and beauty personified. Every staff member makes sure you are taken care of in the best possible way. The spa is second to none. The views are indescribably beautiful. Whether you are in need of a conference resort or Anniversary getaway (like us), it is fantastic.

First the good and great:||Mii Amo spa is hands-down the best in Arizona. This even beats out Camelback Inn and Monte Lucia. The whole experience is just incredible, peaceful and relaxing, the therapists are top-notch. ||Staff throughout the property are attentive, knowledgeable and friendly making your stay really great!||||Not so great:||Biggest disappointment is the “Casitas”, which we’ve stayed in both pre and now post-remodel: There’s zero privacy between neighboring units. They are arranged as stand-alone 3-unit buildings. If you were to rent the full unit (I suppose you can do that) for a large group or family, and open all 3 up to each other as a big villa, great! The problem is throughout our 3-night stay, multiple parties came and went from the two adjacent units (we were in the middle), and we could hear absolutely every word they spoke, step they took, as if they were sitting in the room with us. Granted, some people are naturally just “loud” (lack of situational awareness?), but this really is a “building” problem. The other guests were not overtly loud or partying. I recall this being an issue when we stayed 3-4 years ago, and wrote it off as something uniquely deficient with the room we stayed in, but upon returning again this year, same problem. I’m well aware Enchantment will do nothing about this as a result of my review, I just want to warn visitors who may be more sensitive to these things, it really could effect your stay and experience. If this is you, I’d say your best bet is to either a) specifically avoid staying in any of the “Casita” rooms, or b) if you must, make sure you stay on one of the two end units of the casita, not in the middle, where you’ll be doubling down on the neighboring noise experience.

The Enchantment was hands down the best hotel I’ve ever stayed at! From the smooth check-in process to the exceptional hospitality, every detail was thoughtfully taken care of. The cleanliness of the room, the breathtaking views, the spa, and the overall ambiance made this stay absolutely unforgettable—I never wanted to leave!

The gym was my fav!!! Definitely take advantage of the free gym classes they offer.

The only two minor things I’d mention are that the food is a bit overpriced for what you get (my husband and I preferred eating off-site), and the walls are a little thin. But beyond that, everything was perfect. I truly left a part of my heart here and can’t wait to return!

This resort was amazing! We stayed in a large Hacienda with 7 ladies in our 30s for a bachelorette party. We wanted something relaxing and luxurious to take a break from kids and work. Highly recommended and we will definitely be back! ||Pros ||All the food is amazing! Every meal at every restaurant was perfection. The service was great, Krystal at Che ah Chi is the best! Hummingbird at Tii Amo was our best meal! Definitely the most high end, about $900+ for 7 of us to dine with ample appetizers, individual entrees and no dessert. We each had 1 cocktail. Jessica was our server and was flawless! She brought 1 dessert for our bride, and it was also her birthday. ||Golf cart service and bellmen were SO handy, very sweet and fun, and took us to all of our hikes, meals and transportation pick ups. ||The room was amazing! We had 2 bedrooms with 2 queens in each, and 2 Murphy beds in the living room. We had 2 balconies, a full kitchen with a fridge, freezer, microwave and oven. We got groceries and made breakfast and snacks in the room every day. ||Room service is fast and delicious ||So many hikes, activities every day and things to do close in town ||Beds are comfy, robes and slippers in the bathrooms, TVs in every room. ||Con’s ||The coffe in the room is not great. I recommend going to the Market or restaurants for quality coffee||Turn down service knocks and then comes in without anyone answering the door. We had ladies staying in the living room and they were changing, and uncomfortable with staff coming in without us letting them in. ||Hot water runs out in the showers. The room sleeps more people than we had so we were surprised. ||Dishwasher didn’t work so you have to call housekeeping if you run out of dishwear ||Concierge and customer service are the only people who answer the phone. We called every restaurant and the spa multiple times during our stay and didn’t get an answer once. We had to call the concierge to facilitate all reservations.

Best vacation with gorgeous views, great food, and lots of activities outdoors. Been here to this resort twice and it couldn’t have been a better experience. It’s just an amazing place to stay and be a part of. The canyon area alone and close access to so many cool trails, makes this resort an all out must for outdoor enthusiasts.
