Rating this on coffee/ espresso not very good. Very weak and does not taste great. Food is good though except for the pastries and croissant which offer no originality or great taste and are from a mass produced fancy bakery that seems to be standard in most places. Coffee place itself is nothing to write home about. It's small and quiet and decor nothing refreshing. Also employees seem miserable which probably means they’re not being paid well or bad work environment but yeah no one is happy here.

Popped over for coffee and some pastry this morning. First visit, cute place, old and has great atmosphere. Pastries are not made on site, very uniform and factory perfect, but tasty nonetheless. Service was great and menu looked great is looking to sit in and have breakfast or lunch. Nice spot to take kids as well.

Great little cafe!
I'm from Washington and I've been on a hunt to find coffee similar, and this is the closest I've found! Smooth coffee that's not bitter.

If you have mobility restrictions, this place will be hard for you. There are only stairs leading up to the cafe, and the way to the register is a little thin.

Plenty of seating indoors and outdoors. Indoor seating has a 40 minute timer, and there is no wifi available. There is tap to pay. Parking is hard, but it's just because it's in a busy area. There is no wifi!!

Overall a cute place to stop by, highly recommend!

Wow delicious coffee and amazing breakfast menu. Big portions & Pistachio flavored coffee on the menu my favorite 😍 huge cup totally worth the $7 & the esthetic is not only the the cutest, the server was so sweet and attentive checking in and helping with our to-go 20/10! I recommend a morning weekday visit much more quiet & less traffic, easy parking. Weekends are very busy but worth the visit. Dog friendly too I brought my little frenchie inside & he says the bacon was 100/100🥰 2 minute walk to the beautiful coast views. Cute seating in or outdoor.

One of my favorite cafes ever! I don't drink coffee so when I saw their tea options, I knew I had to give it a try. The food is always delicious and their pastry options are great. Isa and Trish are always so kind and welcoming. They offer such great service and hospitality. There's a feeling of comfort while spending time in this beautiful space, I love to come here for my tea and to write. Don't let the parking in Downtown La Jolla scare you - this place is worth it!

Nice and cozy coffee shop with plenty of food options. I ordered the egg, bacon and spinach croissant and it was very filling. The decor is cute, kinda retro vintage vibes. Plenty of indoor and outdoor seating. Service was nice, definitely recommend.

Absolutely love the food. Coffee is great. Food are very tasty. Choc croissant are so tasty. We also tried carrot juice, surprising, one of the best u have tested. Loved the place- clean and relaxing.
Parking is a hassle. You have to find street parking. We parked but far away and waked there.
After food, you just walk to the sea cave. Loved the location.
