We stayed Here at the Embassy suites on two separate occasions. The front countertop when you check in is exceptional. There were a couple ladies that worked the front counter at night and all of them were very helpful. Also, upon checkout, they had a gentleman working in the counter and he was also very friendly and professional! Originally we seen something about the parking, but as we experienced, the parking was exceptional outside the hotel. Seem to be plenty of parking. The staff was extremely friendly and we really appreciate the good customer service we received here from all the staff

My wife and I stayed for two nights at the Embassy Suites in Temecula when in town for a business meeting. Check-in was awkward, the Guest Services Agent wasn't friendly at all no welcome to the hotel, no hotel, no greeting and seemed like we were bothering him. The hotel needs a lot of work and is run down. The wall paper near the elevator is torn, the carpet in the hallways is stained. When we returned to our room after our first day of meetings our room had not been cleaned. The room did not have a do not disturb sign. When I let guest services know they sent up clean towels but that was it. I don't believe the room 538, has ever been deep clleaned as all of the picture frames have a lot of dust on them. Once again they didn't seem to care. The water drips constantly in the bathtub. The drapes in the room smell really bad. On our last day at the hotel my wife was interested in breakfast at the hotel. When she walked to the entrance of the breakfast room the attendant yelled at her "7:30 is breakfast and not now." We saw him in the parking lot when leaving and he obviously didn't want to be working at this hotel. Kindness costs nothing! The staff in general at this hotel doesn't care and is rude. This location is an embarrassment for Embassy and the Hilton family of hotels. We will not be staying at this hotel again. We have received better service in a non-runned down hotel from a Quality Inn for less money. The ownership and management have neglected service not only of the building and accommodations but also are willing to hire terrible employees.

Great location especially for visiting the wineries. Costco and a mall are nearby. Lots of restaurants nearby and in the circle road in the mall area. Hotel layout is different than many Embassy Suites. Not the big open internal areas. It’s nicer. A small bar area and a small breakfast area with an overflow area. This time of the year in March the hotel was on the cold side.

Positive: The staff at this hotel was over the top courteous?consistently helpful, smiling, and willing to address any concerns. Just A-1 service!!! Additionally, the morning breakfast was perfect! Negative: We didn?t know the cafe/in-room dining menu was located on the TV. Consequently, we didn?t order any in-room service although we wanted to.

Positive: Our check in was awesome! Staff was super professional, friendly and knowledgeable. The room was beautiful and the location was perfect. Negative: The walls are super thin, I was up all night due to the guest in the room above us, walking around, hearing his TV etc. The hotel is amazing but the walls are like being at a Motel 6

We stayed a weekend for a visit and the staff are attentive and warm, Fay was helpful (newborn needed extra trash bags) and others as well walking us around this odd building. Built into a slope, Floor 1 is half of the wings but not at the central front so room 2xx is on the first floor via a series of ramps and halls.
Very dark and quiet rooms without all the flashing lights and noises, quiet heater, water hot.
