Great option in the Coachella Valley. If you want proximity to the Indian Wells Tennis Garden, this hotel is great. The room was clean. The breakfast had a number of options. The staff was always helpful. It is a very short walk to a number of excellent food options. The exterior windows needed cleaning but otherwise the property was immaculate. The fitness center was appropriately equipped.

Traveled all day to attend my mother's funeral, only to find that our reservation at another hotel had mysteriously been canceled. Not by me. Embassy Suites went out of their way to accommodate us. Gave us a great, comfortable room. We were really stressed because of the days problems. They helped ease those problems. I wish that I could rate Embassy Suites, La Quinta higher than a 5. I can't thank Embassy Suites enough for their hospitality.

Our 11 night recent stay was simply amazing. Our room had a beautiful view of the pool and mountains. I want to recognize just some of the great staff who go above and beyond who made our stay wonderful:|Maria, Taryn, Veronica, Jazmin, Henry, Ire, Isaiah, Mike, Mirna, Yeslin, Mariana, and Myyonlanda - Really the ENTIRE STAFF! Had a wonderful stay, Staff was pleasant, hotel was clean, beds were comfortable and Breakfast was very good. I have to give a shout out to Michael Skipper in housekeeping. He was so kind and polite - he actually seems to enjoy his job and interacting with the guest. I will definitely stay here again.

Embassy Suites La Quinta - This place has gone to the dogs.

I am a Hilton Honors Diamond member and here is my experience.

Apathetic and indifferent Front desk staff

Room smelled like dog.
Room should have been steam cleaned if animals were in there.
I asked them to treat the Room with febreze, they refused. I bought my own and treated Room. Still unacceptable smell.

This Was a $200/night experience for $550/night. Provide a better value proposition
- Upgrade the breakfast
- Upgrade the evening social hours. The food choices were sad.
- Have happier front desk staff

If your going to allow animals in rooms they smell don't make guests without animals suffer in a room with animal smell

Dogs are allowed in hotel off leash

Dogs in the breakfast buffet food service area are not sanitary.

There was an act of violence in the Circle K up front last night, so plan accordingly.

Great experience here. Quiet, spacious room. Rooms were clean, front desk worker was friendly. Hotel was clean. Breakfast was great and not just a carb load like many other “free breakfast” hotels. They have an omelette station custom to what you’d like..also having scrambled eggs, bacon, fruit, cereal, donuts, yogurt, toast, oatmeal & juice bar.

We had a wonderful time at this hotel. We visit the desert once a year and this was our first time staying at this location - and it will NOT be our last time staying there. Our suite had a wonderful view of the pool and mountains. Each staff member made us feel welcomed and often asked how we were doing. I want to recognize some staff members during our 11 night stay:
Maria, Operations Manager and Taryn, Manager; Veronica, Front Staff; Mirna, Yeslin, Mariana, and Yolanda, Housekeeping; Henry, Jazmin, Ire, Isaiah, Mike. Restaurant and Bar Staff. They all went above and beyond to make our stay wonderful.
Besure to book at this hotel - you can walk to many restaurants and shops right across the street. We can't wait to book our stay for next year!

One night stay with family.|Lovely quite hotel in a great location. Spacious well appointed room. All areas of the hotel were clean and tidy. All staff we encountered were friendly and helpful. Plenty of free parking. Breakfast was plentiful including cooked to order omelette. Evening reception was a bonus.
