I felt like home the rooms and service were great. I had free breakfast in the morning and the server Irma B. in Deerfield was always kind and helpful. She took care of me and went above and beyond with always a smile. The front desk when I checked in was easy and flawless.|Thank you

The embassy hotel was very nice and North shore Deerfield Chicago the staff was very nice. They had a wonderful breakfast and I would like to say that isabel, Emma and Rebecca, was wonderful they were so nice and they made the breakfast taste so good. Very clean facility what the exception of certain guests were really not dress right for breakfast if you know what I mean. I think there should be a particular dress code for guests when eating breakfast. But other than that everything was fine there the rooms are very clean andvery nice I would recommend to anyone to stay there.

Service in the bar and restaurant is fast, efficient, and most importantly so very kind. The bartender honored our evening reception ticket even when we couldn’t make it back quite in time, to the delight of my whole family. We also love the flavored water that is set out daily for the guests. We’ve always had a wonderful experience here, which is why we keep coming back! Thank you Embassy!!

The hotel was a great place for our whole team. The staff was accommodating and the place is clean and well organized and in a good location. The staff were very helpful - Isabel, Rebecca, and Emma all took great care of us. They were happy to help our team and on top of all the details.

Stayed here on business. Rooms are fairly spacious. The breakfast buffet is above average. The two complimentary drinks per day were a nice bonus as well. Staff here were great, they helped me retrieve a lost item and had it shipped back to me.

My employer always brings us here after a training conference every year and it never fails to amaze me of your wonderful staff. Here I want to include these names because they have been nothing but awesome. They welcome, They serve with a big smiles and I like to honor them by saying God bless them and may they keep serving as they do. Here are the names Isabel my eggs were perfect, Nathan Also Irma, Estrella, Rebecca Wow they keep the cafeteria spotless. Always willing to service. Thank you for your wonderful staff here from the entrance. We do miss Abraham the front entrance is definitely different we normally will get a brown bag with goodies, but this year we only got one bag to share with five rooms… but whatever reason they’re either way I’ll be blessed to come back.

Rich at the front desk was friendly and helpful. We've stayed here 3 times already and will return again. Isabelle made great omelets and served with a smile. The location was out of the way, which i don't mind. Rooms were quiet and clean.

Isabel, Nathan, and Irma were amazing at the breakfast bar! Delicious egg white and veggie omelette! They were so kind and helpful, made my morning! ||The issue with our visit was that the temperature control was not working so it was super hot in our room and we couldn’t get it cooled down. We even changed rooms in the middle of the night, but that room had the same problem.
