I highly recommend this hotel because of its clean and comfortable rooms, top-notch amenities, and helpful staff. Devin, Melanie, Keani, Rebecca and Reana at the front desk are extremely helpful and happy to do so. I have witnessed first hand their calm smiles through chaos, not letting the previous guest soil the nexts experience. Thank you for the professionalism and real customer service!||When dining at the restaurant Tanya, Tonia and Lio are an absolutely killer team! The drinks are yummy and they will make you whatever your heart desires, or if you're not sure, ask them to surprise you - they will not let you down. Also how cool to watch Brandon the manager jump in and help serve when the bar became inundated with customers.||Robson with housekeeping does a wonderful job making sure rooms are ready and if you need anything he's there with a smile!||The maintenance team deserves a huge shout out as well. When needed they are there quickly and very friendly. The grounds are well looked after and maintained as is the building from the filters being clean throughout to how things work and feel in the room. Thank you for paying attention to those details. ||The cherry on top with this hotel? They ALWAYS decorate for a holiday and its BEAUTIFUL! Makes the experience that much better. ||This hotel is always the first pick when needing to work in the L.A. area, and will come back time and time again!

I like the Embassy Suites of Brea. We stay here often as we have many locations in the area for our business. |The hotel offers the complementary happy hour and a very good breakfast. I like the suite as you can close the bedroom door for privacy. The living room is nice with refrigerator and microwave. There are TVs in both rooms. Plenty of desk space and charging outlets are available. The workout room is very complete and pleasant. There is a large lap pool beyond that and a hot tub. Parking is easy and under the hotel. The lobby is large and comfortable for meeting space as is the central floor plan for seating. Plenty of shopping all around |We keep coming back. Nice bedding and good sleep. Bathroom is pleasant with a bath tub and large vanity

I was pleasantly surprised by how spacious and comfortable my room was, with a cozy atmosphere that made it easy to relax. The breakfast was a nice touch, with a great variety, although I felt the coffee could have been stronger. The staff was friendly and helpful, but the check-in process took a bit longer than expected. Overall, it’s a solid option for a stay, with a few minor things that could be improved, but nothing that ruined the experience.

This is an excellent hotel conveniently located to many local attractions and amenities it is a modern hotel with a very airy feel to it due to the large atrium situated just off the reception area. The suites are of a generous size and contain all the necessary items that you could need for your stay. The bed is extremely comfortable affording a good sleep. The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful and always had time to engage in a conversation about any topic that arose. The breakfast is excellent and provides the widest selection of food which should cater to almost everyone’s dietary needs.

From the check-in to check out it was a great stay. The rooms are getting better with new smart TV upgrades throughout. ||The team was great and I had excellent service. The restaurant and bar team were great. Especially Tonia and Jesselle. The front desk was great at check-in and when I had a few questions Raena went above and beyond in getting me answers. ||I’ve stayed there before and as a Hilton Diamond member know I’ll be back.

If there is an emergency where your roommate accidentally locks the door up and you can’t get in — the hotel stuff has no options to help you unlock the door. Different cases happen, least of them are handled.

It worth mentioning, that the food quality, room service and presence of a bar, gym and pool is good. Unfortunately, the stuff won’t engage in any active resolution of an issue, you’ll have to figure it out on your own.

We love the location and the service at this embassy suites. It’s nice to be right next to the mall, and very safe to walk there. The breakfast service was wonderful. Room was nice. Had a nice chat with Bruno, who was very friendly and welcoming. This is our second time here and it’s becoming our go-to when staying in Orange County. We’re definitely coming back.

We spent 5 days visiting family in the area. We were appreciative of the accommodations at the hotel and especially the excellent breakfast offerings. Ella, the attendant at the complementary cafe service was a welcome friendly touch to the experience. She was helpful and hard working and engaging, always present to help with any issue that might arise. We are thankful that the hotel values this kind of service and expect to be welcomed by her again in any visits to the area.
