Rooms are nostalgic but clean. My son and I slept better than if we were in a Hilton. The Staff was very pleasant. Turned out the owner knew my grandmother who taught at flatwoods school. Locally owned and staffed.

I needed somewhere to rest overnight and found this off the interstate. It had good reviews. It is an old school motel. The rooms are dated for sure. But it was clean. The people that work there were super nice and welcoming. Good wi-fi. Oh and did I mention clean. The bed was comfy too. If you want modern and new this is not it. If you want somewhere clean to rest this is the place. Thanks for making me and my my little dog feel so welcome after a long day.

I stayed here on a bicycle trip (on the Elk River Trail). Very reasonable rates, comfortable and I like the old timey atmosphere of this road side motel. Clean and comfy. Don't pay $150 at the corporate owned motels! ... Support local businesses. Take a walk through downtown Sutton on your trip, very interesting and historic with gift shops etc

This a little motor lodge just 2 miles off the interstate. It is like a little step back in time. Furniture is old but all you need. Clean room, bed & bathroom. Almost didn’t stop because the price was so low! Glad we did!

I stopped at this place while traveling... Between the fresh air from the window I opened, and the comfy bed, I got the best night's sleep I've ever had away from my own home! It is simply furnished, very clean, and tucked into a quiet spot beside some water. The owners are kind and friendly. Highly recommend!

What a gem!!!!! Motor court nostalgia!!! Step back in time but with cleanliness and comfort demanded today. Front desk staff so very friendly and helpful. I decided to stay a second night.

Very clean, I felt like I was at home. The price is amazing .the owners are so sweet. I'll definitely be returning for a couples trip 🙂
