I used Elite Catering for my sons graduation with about 200 guests and using Elite Catering was a great experience. They were professional, the food was wonderful and the presentation looked fantastic. The cold food was kept cold and hot food hot. How everything was displayed looked so
beautiful and professional. This was the second time we used this company, the first was a company dinner and wasn't disappointed. I had so many compliments from my guests. They make amazing unique food items. I was very happy with their service.

Chef Mike and Deb are absolutely amazing! They catered our wedding on 10/7/17, appetizers, dinner and dessert!! From having a blast at the taste test, to countless timely emails and phone convos between Deb I to make it all come together, it was a great experience working with Elite!

Anything I asked or suggested they were open to! Even things not even listed on their menu, was never even an issue! Their guacamole is delicious such good flavor, the rosemary chicken was so tender and juicy, the chili bar was a hit and all of the mix ins so great! Our apple cider donuts were to die for, my guests still rave about them and so many people asked where they can get more!

Excellent food with excellent presentation! I hired Elite Catering to help with a special event meeting. Chef Mike sat and worked with me to develop a plan and menu that was specific to the needs of the cattlemen's group we were hosting. We had asked Chef Mike to do a beef preparation demo as well as cater our meal. Our guests not only got FANTASTIC DELICIOUS food that ALL our guests RAVED about, but also got a very informative, educational, and entertaining presentation. It was almost like having a comedian that cooks. OUR GUESTS LOVED IT! This was a day long event and I think that for most people, the food and the cooking demo were our guests favorite part of the day. We could not have been happier with how Chef Mike helped us out... Worth every penny!

We used Elite for our Holiday party. Mostly worked with Debbie over the phone, she was very friendly and helpful. Mike was at the party for the actual catering, he was also very friendly. The food was delicious and the service was efficient. I would definitely recommend Elite for your catering and I will use them again.

Never a good experience with this bakery, no matter when I've visited. I also find it interesting that the owners haven't responded to the negative comment on here... no sense of credibility what so ever. Not that I'm really surprised.

** just to update - based on the response below from the owner, again, I will stand by what I said previously by them having zero accountability. I went to them for my wedding cake in 2012 and was assured that I would have a beautiful, elegant, 3-tiered cake. For $500+, that's what one would expect, right? Well what was received was a sloppy mess. The layers were NOT symmetrical, the designs were just slapped on there, and the flavors were wrong. I was assured that everything was going to go smoothly, as the cake designer was getting married the same day I was. How wrong we were. Not even an offer for a refund or anything. And it breaks my heart to see that even more people had been affected by this blatant lack of quality control over the years.

Chef Mike and Deb were awesome to work with. Planning an even from 900 miles away was tough but they made everything so easy. They were timely through the planning and during the event and the food was PERFECT. More than we had hoped for. Thank you so very much for all of your hard work and making our day so enjoyable.
