This room is horrible, overpriced, old furniture. Paid for updated room and it was probably one of the worst rooms in the building. Horrible sent, Marriott should be ashamed to carry such properties. This will be the last time I stay in the Marriott property like this. I guess you have to be very careful when selecting a property by Marriott. I would have left this place immediately if we had not arrived late due to traffic and my husband was tired. I am so disappointed to pay 483.00 for two nights. Hilton would have been much nicer.

Overall, a very nice hotel. Attached to the Westin and next door to a very popular outdoor mall. We had the one bedroom corner. Pros: very nice Happy Hour with cheese crackers, wine, etc.; friendly and welcoming staff; modern furniture; they claim the water from the kitchen faucet is filtered (?); great mattress; wonderful shower; easy to use streaming on TVs. Cons: breakfast (except for the coffee) was not great (thank goodness for Starbucks in the attached Westin); return air filter in room looked like it had never been cleaned; tv in bedroom never worked the several days we stayed there even though I told the front desk several times.

Bathroom shower covered in mold. Bathroom walls with black hairs, toothpaste, and dirt on them. Breakfast awful, cold sausage, cold bacon, pastry's raw. No plates when we got down there. When we asked about a plate the woman working there was rude about having to get us one. And No it wasn't past the time the food was served. We stayed 2 nights. I asked for someone to clean our room after the first night as the mold was disgusting and walls filthy. I was told they don't do that because they are an extended stay hotel. I guess they don't care about the filth. We will never go back or recommend.

We booked at this hotel in a King Suite for 2 nights for our wedding thinking it’d be nice to have a spacious and photogenic area for the groomsmen to get ready in and a nice stay for us after the wedding. In the interest of brevity let me just say now if that’s what you’re after book a suite at the Hyatt on Bridge Street, their suite is much nicer and less expensive! Check-in was past 3 and was expected to be 3 hours late until they realized we had to be at our rehearsal dinner soon. The bed is very hot and uncomfortable, view of the parking lot, and the room looked unfinished, not at all like what’s shown on their website. For a nearly $700 stay for 2 nights I honestly have no idea why someone would book here with so many better options in the same location.

This is NOT the Westin. The element is a below par Residence Inn. Small entrance on the side of Westin building. The checkin does not provide you with any info about hotel, ||Breakfast is terrible. The rooms are dirty and stinky and only clean half of the time during the stay. ||The gym was good but the treadmills were never cleaned it was truly a shame. ||If you charge the money also spend the money to run a hotel well

Fantastic place. Awesome amenities, and the staff are wonderful. Rooms are spacious. And a walking mall next to the property...bonus!

Our second stay here. The last time, we had problems at check-in and had to wait for our room, despite checking in online well ahead or arrival. Excuse at that time was that they didn't anticipate so many bookings on New Year's Eve. We didn't understand that, as that is a special evening where a lot of people go out to celebrate and reserve a hotel room. Especially in an area where this Element is located (tourist location, lots of restaurants, a place where people go for special occasions, etc.). We thought that maybe that experience could be chalked up to low staffing and the holiday, so we decided to book again. The check-in experience was MUCH WORSE than last time ! As before, we checked in online 2 days ahead of time. We actually arrived one hour later than our scheduled arrival time. Our room was STILL not ready, along with those of a lot of other disgruntled customers still waiting in the lobby. Excuses from front desk personnel were inconsistent, with some saying that the hotel was "overbooked" (you have a set number of rooms - how can that be ?) Some customers waited over an hour. After waiting almost 45 minutes, I had to call Bonvoy Customer Service to get any resolution, and only then were we quickly told that a room was ready. The room could've been cleaner and the food offerings at the hotel could've been better, but we could've overlooked some of that, had we not had to endure such mis-management of the check-in process. This hotel is in a great location, and holds such [promise. But, we are not eager to return, unless these management issues are resolved.

Nice hotel. Room was spacious. I travel for work alot.
Check in/out was smooth. Had a restaurant attached to the hotel. Westin is next door so you can walk thru to each hotel.
Bathroom was huge, 2 separate sitting areas, all kitchen items you need for extended stay. 2 tvs, dishwasher, microwave, pots, pans, salt, pepper. Enough for an extended stay. Was only for 1 day, it was cool.
