Delicious food, super friendly owner who is also the cook, and a clean restaurant. Hubby had the breakfast burrito that was super delicious with all fresh ingredients. I had a Carne asada tostada with a delicious corn tortilla possibility homemade, tender tasty steak, lettuce, tomatoes, and sour cream. Green and red salsa made with fresh ingredients, perfect on top. The owner was super welcoming, and we had great conversation. I can tell he cooks from the corazon ❤️. Thank you for the delicious food. We will be back when in the area.

I was in town and seen this had a 5.0 review average. I tried myself and it was above expectations. I ordered chips and salsa to start. Really loved the salsa. A little heat with a surprise sweet flavor. Al Pastor burrito was next . I got with everything. Every bite had flavor. The owner is a person that makes you want to come back again. Very friendly and make feel like home.

Very nice family owned restaurant. Owner is super nice and social! The corn tortillas were the freshest ever. The beef stew was super, very tender. The dessert cake was great. The carne asada was tough as leather, I could not even cut it with the dull butter knife provided. We ended up eating it by hand like beef jerky. Definitely overcooked. Maybe better to ask for medium next time.

Food was so delicious I was able to try the sope and three different enchiladas. The green sauce , red sauce, and mole on top of the enchiladas were all so delicious. The owners were so nice and attentive to what we needed . I definitely recommend eating here . I will be coming back again . Thank you...

Ordered Birria takeout after hiking all day in Sequoia and loved the food. The owner was very nice and his wife fresh made the corn tortillas which were fantastic. Definitely recommend stopping by if you want some great food!

Came after a long day up the mountains, and it definitely satisfied. The food felt authentic and tasted delicious. The cook was very attentive and definitely cooks with love and passion for his food. This will definitely become my go-to spot for every trip.

I am very happy, I was surprised by the size of the food. Very delicious food, different flavours. They were kind and attentive. Overall, I recommend you to have a food here. You can choose between different specials. The quality of the food is high. I can tell that the chef is in love with the dishes. He putted his heart into my meal and I am very glad for it. The art that I felt on my tongue was incredible!

Here's a little spot, off Hwy 65 in Lindsay. Neat spot. To me one of my favorite things about Mom and Pop places is the owners can regularly be found greeting you when you come in, taking your order and preparing it.

You get all of that here. The owner is a really neat guy who will visit with you yet give you space to sit down and enjoy the meal he just prepared for you.

The food is solid. The atmosphere is so Mom and Pop (aka sole proprietor). I e tried a couple different things and they were are delicious. Love the fresh corn tortillas. Take a close look in the picture.

When I find a place I like, I go there a number of times and this is one of those places.

I could not help but notice that it's pretty quiet everytime I've been there.
If your ever out by Porterville, stop on in for some good food, good conversation, and a so "Mom and Pop" atmosphere, it's worth it!
