ALWAYS my go-to place for grilled chicken! This time I tried the 2 pork carnitas tacos & they had PLENTY of meat and other toppings. It was YUMMMMM!!! Service is always very fast and our orders are accurate. They always ask if I want anything extra like salsa etc. Employees are always smiley and friendly. Coupons make the meal totally worth it!

I haven't been to an el pollo loco before but I will definitely be back. The chicken was excellent. So much flavor. The staff was very helpful even though we were very slow. They have horchata as a drink by the fountain station which is awesome. The dining room was clean and the bathrooms were open. Enjoy

I ordered a 8 piece meal. Got 4 decent sized pieces and 4 tiny ones, chicken was horribly dry and tiny. Rice was extremely dry and it has sink water flavor, beans so salty couldn’t even finish a bite.

I was truly hoping all the chicken would be in the middle sorry 😞 never reached it on this meal hoping next visit will be better..if it's ever one.. Really nice service and clean tables .,just not a good value.

UNBELIEVABLE! Here is what your money gets you at El Pollo Loco in Ahwatukee. Oily, sloppy, bare "chicken crunchy tacos." I have been here twice. Last time they were out of taco shells and had no large drink cups. I will NEVER spend my money here again.

My family and I haven't been to El Pollo Loco in a really long time and we decided to eat here for lunch after church today. My husband had the case of Blanco burrito and I had a shredded beef avocado stuffed quesadilla. My son had macaroni and mashed potato sides. Everything was phenomenal. The guy behind the counter was argumentative about whether I said here to go which was kind of annoying but the food was excellent and I will definitely be back
