My family and I were visiting the Winchester area and decided to eat there. The waitress seemed annoyed right away that my family was seated in her station. We did not feel welcomed at all. The silverware was very dirty so my son asked for plastic silverware. This seemed to annoy the waitress even more. A young man took over and brought out our food. The food was horrible. The vegetables were so mushy and burnt. My son and daughter did not eat so we asked for boxes to go. Although the new waiter was better than the waitress we didn't feel comfortable at all. That food should not have been brought to our table. So over $200 dollars wasted. Although I would have complained to a manager my family said let's just go. We will never eat there again.

I was visiting Winchester for business and was advised to try this restaurant during my visit. I was not disappointed. The service was top tier, and the food was exemplary!! I initially visited for dinner and ordered the Chimi Rolls and a TacoSalad. I went back two days later for lunch and ordered the Los Cabos Tacos with shrimp. I was thoroughly pleased during each visit.

Ate here multiple times and it was always decent. Today, they were very busy but the service was still good. We were very disappointed that the kids Mac and cheese was a tiny portion, from a box, and poorly made. If you plan on having anything from the kids menu I recommend against it, but anything else is decent.

This was my first visit and it was a disappointment. Our waiter brought our drinks and disappeared. He actually came around to check on his other table but ignored ours. I eventually had to get up and ask someone else for a refill. He also forgot to take one of our eight food orders and only brought seven. He honestly seemed disinterested . I tipped because service was provided and the food was delicious however I won’t be returning.

I love this place. I’m new to the area, moved from Charlottesville and NYC before that. So I was looking for the best food in the area from day one. The food here is always good. Veryyy good, every single time I go. Reliably delicious meal and the service is always fast and friendly. Immediately become one of my go-to spots -- especially when its warm. Definitely recommend.

Had a great lunch with the family here. Really conveniently located in the center of the Old Town area of Winchester. The staff was very understanding of a fussy child, and the food was delicious. My burrito was delicious, and my fussy child's Mac and cheese was good too. Everyone else loved their food too! The atmosphere was comfortable and friendly, and there was a nice bar area for more adventurous nights.

I’ve visited El Centro twice with my girlfriend. The first time was back in March, and our waitress repeatedly asked us if we wanted dessert when we kept denying (almost pressuring). The second time we went was a few weeks ago and our waiter took our drinks without asking if we wanted refills. It was nice, but I’m used to people asking before taking. He never returned back with our cash back and we waited for 15 minutes. The food is amazing, don’t get me wrong, but the staff that I’ve encountered weren’t the greatest.

The host told us that we could sit inside while a table became available on the patio. Later on, someone told us that we couldn't do that, and that we would need to start our wait over in the waiting area, which wasn't pleasant. In addition, we had a service animal that the host said was permitted, but then the same person from earlier approached us aggressively telling us that the dog had to remain on the floor and not on the seat (which was not communicated to us previously). I would have been fine staying, but his temper was overly aggressive, so we took our business elsewhere.
