Update -
We came by for lunch. Had the Chicken Tenders with fries and the Ham and Swiss sandwich. We totally enjoyed both! But the best part was the young lady that took our order. She went above and beyond. Then we found out she was new and I was so impressed! Eegees, you have one very promising employee!
We only had the eegee icey and loved them!

This place needs help and everyone needs to be retrained.

It started out by the cashier not being able to ring things up correctly, she just clicked random things and didn’t care. When we corrected her, she laughed and tried again but still just put something random on. The other staff just watched as this happened.

She told us they didn’t have a certain sub; when they did. Then we asked to remove some items from the sub and she only got one on there so we just decided to take it off when we got it.

After that, the people cooking also need to be retained because they have us a veggie sub with pickles, lettuce and tomato’s - that’s it. We had to go back and ask for all the toppings on the side.

The chicken tenders were dry and I asked for bacon cheese fries and instead of making them, they just gave me bacon in a cup.

Very disappointed. And for $22…. Way too expensive to have messed up orders and subpar food.. please train your staff better.

Alexis did a terrific job in the drive thru. She communicated clearly and asked me to move forward so she could hear me better. My order was done correctly and my Frys were hot. She asked if I had a rewards account so I would get points for my purchase. Alexis was very pleasant and friendly.

We like to go every July and get a watermelon eegee flavor of the month.
They must of changed the way they make it. It tasted like a cheap slushy from Sonic or a convenient gas station. Doesn't have that real fruit taste.

This customer service at this location is exceptional! They always have fresh and great quality food. I love their crinkle fries and Buffalo style tenders and the chicken salad. Ohh and can't forget the strawberry eegee.

The main attraction for me is the frozen fruit drinks, I crave the lemon! The food is delicious too I think the sandwiches are much better than Subway!

Subs are fresher and better than subway! Service is always great with little wait time. Staff are all friendly and they have an app for rewards to earn savings! If you're looking to dine in, it's a nice welcoming and calm environment to enjoy with friends or family.

Food was great as usual but what stood out on this particular visit was the service. Anjelica was so nice and helpful. She was smiling and made me feel welcome in the restaurant. I appreciated that.
