Enjoyed walking around the Assemblies and viewing the houses. Drove to the overlook out Sunset Rock Rd to Warrens Pt. Pleasant breakfast with good fruit, bacon, biscuits, hash browns, sausage, eggs, croissant, juice, and coffee. Appreciate the tea and coffee available all day. Needs new chairs/furniture.

We spent two nights at the Edgeworth Inn and really enjoyed it there. To be clear, it is an 1896 historic site. We found the room with updated bedding and furnishings to be lovely. If you’re into an easy walk/hike for an hour or so, you have a few choices in the Assembly and the sights are incredible. There are longer trails too. The breakfast was absolutely wonderful. Kimberly is a great cook. The owner is gracious and quite accommodating. We are looking forward to our next visit.

We had planned a trip to The Caverns in Pelham, TN and thought a place like Edgeworth Inn would be nice. It was my birthday weekend and a great gift from my hubby. This place is overpriced for being so runned done. The owner is aloof and no interaction with guests. Her help is super nice. The bathrooms are the original and just not what I expected. Bed furnishings are old and so are the rugs. There was no bottled water or snacks for later in the day. I’ve been to several B&B’s that are beautifully appointed and super clean. It ruined it for us. We are back to the hotel.

I booked a room 6 months in advance. The process was smooth. I was able to choose a specific room since I booked so far in advance. Prior to the date I received an email asking if we would consider relocating to another room. I agreed, assuming it was equivalent. It was not, not even close. The staff was very nice. Breakfast was good but nothing particularly special. I’ve stayed at nice B&B’s in Maine but this is not up to those standards. You can hear everything that goes on in an adjacent room. More than you want to hear. The setting is great but it’s not nice enough to overcome the other shortcomings.

This is a charming, wonderful location with so much character. Dede is lovely and there is certainly something magical about the mountain. Breakfast was good and the porch is divine. However, there are some details that would make this even better.....great claw foot tub but patches of enamel coming off, transom was missing in between bathroom and bedroom, a light was out in the bathroom, moldy windowsills, and generally not as clean as I would like. This is an old house with creaky floors and doors that do not lock unless you are in the room. All in all, a great stay for one night, but be aware that you are paying for the location and charm.
