BEST BANG FOR YOUR BUCK.
Don’t get distracted by the location and the surroundings! This motel figured out how to make you feel secure. They have double gates and visible rowing security guard(s) 24/7. The rooms are CLEAN and freshly remodeled including comfy beds and pillows, and high-res AmazonFireTV-things in the rooms. SUPER easy check-in and friendly and knowledgeable associates. The pool looks neat and clean too.

This place is so bad a lot of traffic hookers and all . The rooms are very very small and so is the air conditioner It doesn't get the room cooled off enough. They only had one bath towel even though it was a 2 bed - room , the TV had no remote and the fridge was also super tiny . The pool was closed both days I was there even though the lady said it would be open . They charge a 25 dollar fee for your pet even though they claim to be pet friendly. The soda machine cost 2.75 for a can of soda . The only thing that was good was the bed mattress is nice and comfortable..

The place smells just like marijuana even though its legal respect your business. I think it's a dump for sex workers. The room was cheap, so you get what you pay for. Our room was clean no bed bugs we were otr trucking and this was a last minute stay. We did actually walk around and no one bothered us.

Exceeded Expectations
I booked this hotel at the last minute with Choice Points and was aware that it was not in the best location. We had just got back to the valley after being trapped in a luxury 2 bedroom resort suite in Heavenly, Lake Tahoe; so our budget was gone. We were just looking for someplace to rest before taking the long drive home up the coast. The check in process was smooth and quick. The rooms are the most bare bones I've ever seen. However, the bed was extremely comfortable and everything inside our room was very clean. We had issues with our hot water and they sent a maintenance person immediately who resolved the situation. My only recommendation would be the room should have a phone. This was not an issue for us or probably 90+% of people; however, I could see it being a safety issue for a person with health problems who may not have their own phone. It was pouring rain and cold when we were there, but their pool is large and appeared well maintained. This is an inexpensive motel off the freeway in Stockton. There are cigarette butts on the ground and you may see some homeless people... But if you don't mind that, this was a very comfortable place to stay.

It's extremely economical for the cost and location! One of the few hotels that still allow smoking! The beds are SUPER comfortable! And the staff is overall amazing! Not one bad experience with any of them! Melissa at the front desk is extremely kind, has an AMAZING memory and vibes with you for whatever you need! Make sure you stop in and say hi! She's the cute one! The security is everywhere which makes me feel safe. I get ice and every trip I always saw at least one walking around working or doing something. My room didn't have a fridge when I arrived, but before I even noticed it, maintenance was knocking on my door with one! They also brought me a brand new filter for the A/C and even took the time to show me what buttons to press to get the room super cold, which I like - especially in this summer heat! Last year I started a traveling job and go to a lot of cities often and I like finding the little diamonds in the rough. I found it here!!!

Aside from being verbally attacked and threatened by another guest above us that appeared to live there and was having a very bad day, the room was clean, the bed was comfy and the tv worked.

I was supposed to get a Accessable room. I called ahead to be sure I got an ADA room.
It was not accessible let alone safe. The fire alarm was ripped off and wires hanging down. No accessible bars or anything in the bathroom. Just a broken towel rack. No air conditioning. There were hookers, pimps, and drug addicts.
I cannot believe Priceline would even have this place as an option.
The lobby attendant was nice and helped out when the booking was messed up. Not sure how that happened? My itinerary was correct but something happened. Not sure what? So they had me staying a day later then what my itinerary with Priceline said.
Overall, not as advertised and unsafe all around.

Patient and helpful front desk representative. Smooth check-in with informative to-knows. Was a bit worried about the stay because of some stragglers, but left side of the building felt safe and promising enough. Inside room, bed exactly as described/shown in pictures. Great working TV. Spacious room. Only slight cons were noise from the door (the door had a crack/obvious slight opening on the left and upper side of it) and shower water that changed temperature on its own. But, in regards to the noise, I also can understand, crack/slight opening or not. Hotel is located by the intersection, and so there will always be car sounds. Hotel looked like a mix of permanent stay and temporary stay. There is security. Helped with giving sense of safety. Didn't realize until next day but the room below had their window broken into. It got fixed later in the next day, but I learned the walls (or floors) aren't as thin as I thought. I was watching a show on HBO when I heard a loud noise and thought it was just a fellow stayee wanting me to lower the volume (it was near 20). No other stayee was in vicinity. Practically had half a hallway. Other than these, decent sleep and a comfortable room to stay in. AC was nice. Would be okay in going there again as long as by left side of hotel.
