We appreciated Christine and team making sure we were fed the day of our wedding when a lot of couples don’t have time to eat. The staff was very attentive and food was delicious. We chose Eco Caters for our wedding last month at the Secret Garden at Rancho Santa Fe. As a couple who has worked in catering for both the service and production sides, we were impressed with the planning and execution of this team. Christine Sheffield, the Client Success Manager was a rock star in responding back to our inquiries throughout the wedding planning process. Food was delicious and memorable (one of our guest mentioned that his favorite part of the wedding was the coconut pork belly hors d'oeuvres), payment was straightforward, and communication was easy.

We used Eco carers for our small wedding. We were a little hesitant at first as this was a little over our budget and we didn't have the help of family.

After scoping out a few caterers we found Eco was the best option. Christine was very accommodating and Chef Estaban makes a mean spinach dip! Christine was willing to work with us and modify things so it wasn't as big of a dent in out budget. I would definitely recommend going with Eco. They offer much more than amazing clean food!

Great experience working with Eco for our July 2024 wedding! Their catering menu mixes flavors beautifully and offers lots of flexibility in meal choices and dietary restrictions. Producing high quality food at such large quantities (175 plated entrees) is no small feat, and we got compliments that we had the best food at any wedding our guests had attended. Christine was professional and kind and gave us helpful timeline reminders well in advance. The servers and bartenders provided great service and positive energy to the event. Highly recommended!

Eco Caters was one of our FAVORITE wedding vendors. Everyone knows choosing your caterer is a large part of the wedding budget and that food is one of the larger parts of the guests' experience. So I was very, very picky when deciding on a caterer and was down to a couple favorites. However, when it came down to it, I chose Eco Caters because I absolutely love their food options and the fact that they're eco-friendly, organic, and overall a fresh, eclectic vibe. In addition to that, I really enjoyed working with Janee and Jessica. Part of what sealed the deal in terms of choosing them was heading to Ocean Beach to do a tasting, where I met the head chef and his wife, who run the business. They were super professional, and displayed that they had a great level of experience doing exactly what we were asking for. Their flexibility with the menu was HUGE for us, and allowed us to save here and there, which made a big difference for us and our budget. They did a great job with the bartending and making our specialty drink. I actually had a couple guests tell me they loved the bartenders themselves. That was a HUGE bonus because when employees are clearly happy doing what they are doing, even though it is hard work, that vibe reflects onto the wedding day experience, so I was happy to hear that bartenders/servers seemed pleasant and not just trying to get through the night ;). We also chose to have Jessica/Eco manage our rentals as well - which was a life saver. Jessica did a walk through of where we were getting married (San Diego Botanic Gardens) so that we could determine what was needed. I loved that she took the lead in telling me what was most common to do, what I didn't need, etc. The day went very smoothly, and guests raved about the food. I wish they had a restaurant so we could relive our wedding day tastes again. Thank you so much, Eco Caters!

We decided to have tacos for our wedding from Eco Caters and I am so happy with how it turned out. We had the achiote braised chicken, adobo beef, and adobo jackfruit and all 3 were a huge hit! My husband is not typically a big fan of vegan food, but he loved the jackfruit and thought it was the best filling - I personally loved the beef, and the chicken was also delicious. Our guests raved about the food, and we were so happy with the affordability of the catering packages.

The staff was also amazing. We had one woman who would come check on us at our sweetheart table to make sure we had all of the food and drinks we needed throughout the entire night, so we never had to go to the bar or buffet line, which was an unexpected but great touch. We received many compliments on the friendliness of the servers and the bartenders throughout the night.

Working with our account manager Christine was great: she was professional, friendly, and communicative. Anytime we had a question or wanted to make a change to our catering package, she responded to us quickly and made the process easy and seamless.

Overall, we highly recommend Eco Caters if you’re looking for an affordable, delicious, and professional catering company for your wedding!
