I was happy with the river front beach it was nice sand to ŵalk in. The RV sights need new slabs of concrete and new picnic tables. I would recommend to the owners to also add shade to the riverfront spots as I would pay extra for. I walked to the bathroom and showers and would also recommend a remodel. But as a family fun place to camp we had a great time. The view and fishing were amazing. The pool was clean and blue as well. She just needs a bit of tlc. All in all, it's a great place to camp. We will be back.

This place has really gone down hill. We use to come every year and loved it , We took a break for a couple years and finally came back. The electrical kept tripping our breakers. We ended up having to run our generator the whole time even though there was full hookups. The cold water never got cold, only went from hot to warm. Club paradise use to have great food and atmosphere, No More. I would always order the wings because they were so good, Now it was moosh. The fries are different too. The burger was not good. What happened The menu is a lot smaller and all the cool drinks are no longer. So sad what has happened here

Our first time in Parker and we came across Ecolodge. The pictures looked amazing. I am extremely disappointed, dissatisfied and angry. I paid $355 for two spots. I got charged early check in as well. All that is ok if the park would have been clean, WiFi, and better electricity. The place was absolutely filthy. I booked 3 days but left 1 day early. I just couldn’t take it. I’ve been to many state many parks and this one takes 1st place for the worst kept unclean park. I won’t ever visit them again.

Stayed this past weekend and the place is a blast! The rv was 5o ft from the water front. And just beautiful surroundings! However the place is crazy hard to get a hold of. Like it's almost impossible for some reason. The trailer we rented from them was really nice and stayed cool. However the toilet would not flush so only used it for pee. Also everytime we turned water on the water smelled so terrible like rotten eggs that smelt the entire trailer up. Will definitely stay again just in a third party rv rental.

Updated Sept 2024.
I am updating my previous review (*)
Something has gone wrong. I called multiple times in August to make my reservation or to ask a question but I got no call back after leaving messages on the phone and with a desk person who seemed unable to give me an answer. Because of multiple failures on their part, I made other plans. My previous review below stands.

(*) I am writing this review a few days before my departure while everything is fresh in my mind.
Echo lodge sits at a beautiful location along the California side of the Colorado River. It is between Earp and Parker Dam off of 62. The majority of spots within the lodge park are mobile homes and Park models; own properties. There are RV spaces on the water front and at the north end of the park. There is plenty of dog grassy areas. The price which I paid was a good price for me, however, there are some negatives which were unexpected that brought me great concern.
I will list the negatives which caused me concern.
1. TRENCHING: When it pours down rain there is a serious risk of erosion which can wash away the very foundation of your parking. To avoid this, visitors dug trenches to direct the water away and into the river. This trenching is not done by park employees. Parking on the sandy waterfront seems to be at your own risk.
2. LAUNDRY: There are some wash machines and some dryers outside behind the store/office. They are the dirtiest machines I have ever seen and because they are outside, using them during cold days is very undesirable. ( I never used them. I couldn’t bare to put my things into those machines).
3. BATHROOM/SHOWERS: I was pre-warned by other residents. I never used them.
4. NOISE: I understand that Echo Lodge seems to be more of a party place in summer and that seems to carry over to a smaller degree in off-season. It doesn’t help that a lot of people seem to be on California time instead of Arizona time. The office personnel said that the park is run on Arizona time because it’s so close to Arizona and the closest town “ Parker” is in Arizona. However, there are those who insist that they can party and play load music another hour because “This is California not Arizona.
5.WATER: Gross is all I can say. Change your filters often.
6. DOGS: Let me say this first, I have a dog. He is a 12lb Shih-tzu that travels with me. I keep him on a leash and have NEVER NOT picked up after him. I always carry a pocket full of disposal bags. Because I take great care in picking up after my dog, I get disgusted when others do not. I have concluded that it’s not the RV people who don’t, it’s the Owners who allow there dogs out to defecate on the roads and common areas at night that just walk off and leave it.
Also, There doesn’t seem to be a rule against vicious dogs that owners bring into the park. Absolutely, vicious dogs should be banned from any RV campgrounds and the top banned dog should be PITBULLS.
I just about lost it when two PITS came charging toward my ShihTzu. Heck! I was more afraid than he was.
7. MAIL: This park DOESN’T ACCEPT USPS MAIL. This makes it undesirable for long stays. However you can receive UPS or FED EX.
Now, there were many friendly people in this park and I had no issues with management. They were kind and willing to help when I entered the office. Yet, I have decided not to return next season to this park. I will try out other local options to see if there isn’t something more to my liking.

This is our home away from home. We love getting out of Phoenix and enjoying the cool water. Staff is great and they have everything you need at the store. Restrooms are clean also.
