Everything was great. The pool was fun for all of the kids. The hot tub was nice for relaxing at the end of the day. If it hadn't been stormy, it would have been perfect. Incredible winds coming off the dunes battered our windows and caused the heavy rain to blow almost horizontally. Our amazing view was obscured by all the rain and wind for about 50% of our stay. But we were nice and cozy inside our room, in front of the fireplace.

Nice people working there. The property is a little dated, but the management is doing a good job of keeping the place up. We had a very spacious room, which I must say was exceptionally clean. I only disappointment was that while the Inn offers rooms with "ocean views", the property sits a distance from the beach. All in all, the Ebb Tide is a nice place to stay, a lovely breakfast included, all at a very affordable rate. Two thumbs up.

We had a fantastic stay at this Ebb-Tide hotel on the Oregon Coast! From the moment we arrived, check-in was smooth and fast, setting the tone for a hassle-free experience. The room was spotless, and the bed was incredibly comfortable, ensuring a great night's sleep. We also appreciated having plenty of fresh towels.
The breakfast was delicious, with a good variety of options to start the day right. One of the best parts was the hotel's location—just a short walk to the beautiful beach, making it perfect for a relaxing getaway. Check-out was just as quick and efficient as check-in, which we really appreciated.
Overall, a wonderful stay, and we would definitely return!

I love staying at the Ebb Tide! Just enjoyed another weekend. We choose Ebb Tide because it’s pet friendly and offers lots of amenities. Such as clean rooms, many with separate bedrooms, great views of the ocean. Heated indoor pool and hot tub. Cookies in the lobby, along with free DVD rentals. And a delicious hot breakfast in the morning. Location is perfect. Easy access to the beach and close walking distance to shopping.

The hotel is older. But it’s clean, and staff is friendly and top notch! I have been coming here for years with my dogs, and will always book Ebb Tide for a coastal getaway.

We loved our stay! The bed was comfy. The room was cozy with the fireplace. And we loved opening the window a little bit so we could hear the sound of the ocean! The cherry on top was the warm breakfast that had a nice variety. Totally coming back 🙂

We have visited for more than 15 years. The Ebb Tide is ideally located just a short stroll from the Promenade, yet far enough to escape the chaos during peak season. All rooms have easy beach access, a gas fireplace (LOVE this), and picturesque ocean view. We've always had comfy beds with every stay. The rooms could use a little updating and some A/C-especially the upper floors because the fan doesn't always cut it, but they're still decent rooms and are always clean. The staff is consistently excellent, and we truly appreciate the warm breakfast provided.

From reservation, to checking in, to check out... Great service. The views are gorgeous, the setting is spacious. We picked this hotel on a whim needing a night away from the city & we couldn't have asked for more. The offer beach sets for s'more and fire pits, movie packs with candy too. Always fresh coffee and a delicious breakfast. Staff was fun and really polite. We will absolutely stay again!

We enjoyed our stay. Everything was better than expected for the great price. The room was very nice, clean and we even had a fireplace. The carpeting looked new. The staff was friendly and everyone made us feel welcomed. I recommend the Ebb Tide to anyone going to Seaside. I know we will stay the next time we are in the area.
