We rented two rooms for four of us - the queen one was a fairly small room, but was quite comfortable. Beds were some of the most comfortable I've slept on. The other room was a king size and it was a nice size and had a table and kitchenette. I would give them an A plus for cleanliness. Outside wasn't as appealing as some places, but still ok. Looked like they had a place outdoors for campfire, but we didn't utilize that. ||Had contactless check in with keypad entry for doors.

Absolutely delightful!! I've stayed in 5 star hotels that weren't this clean or comfortable. The owner is an absolute doll and super accommodating. We stayed in the large top floor suite and it just doesn't get any better. Centrally located within easy driving of several must see places. I'm not able to sleep without some type of fan or white background noise and was absolutely thrilled to see a natural white noise device in my room! They literally think of everything here and don't get me started on the bed....best nights sleep I've had in years! My only regret is not booking a longer stay. We will definitely be returning here!!

We traveled as a family and had 3 rooms. We were all impressed and so happy we chose this location. The rooms were clean, beds were so comfortable and well supplied. They had a fire pit,grills. tables outside your room and location was so close to shopping. ||The owners were available for all our needs and went out of their way to help us any time we asked. They were wonderful. If you want a great place at a great price and location give this place a try!!!!

Absolutely wonderful! The owner greeted us as we pulled in, showed us all the amenities which include access to bbqs, firepit, and laundry. Her husband went above and beyond to help me with my 1st salmon fishing experience, giving me tips and gear to use! They had surprised us with an upgraded room which was very clean and comfortable, it had everything we needed and more. Would definitely stay here again, we loved it!!

I was in town for 4 nights to attend summer baseball games sponsored by the Alaska Baseball League. I just needed a decent place to sleep that would be ner the baseball field. Eagle Rock Lodge delivered. It is a modest unassuming 2-story building with about 10 units. My room had a full size refrigerator, a microwave, fast internet service and a cable TV hookup, plus a coffee maker and coffee.. The room was small but everything was clean and comfortable. ||Given that it was summer in Alaska and fishing season, too, the price was right and I was very pleased.||I plan to stay there next year.

Full size fridge/freezer so could put fish away after caught. Bed is comfy. Had full size coffee pot (YES) and to go cups. Had dishes and utensils for 3. Nice, quiet, clean. We'd stay again.

Full size coffee pot, beds were comfortable and service was excellent.. We loved our stay and will be our favorite stop when we go again. Rates are very reasonable and rooms are clean and nice. Great job folks, we had a blast.

We booked for one night while we were in Kenai for the State Soccer Cup. There were several Pros and Cons which contributed to my "Average" rating.||||Pros:||1. Room was HUGE. Truly an apartment more than a hotel room. 2 bedrooms with a living room and full kitchen. 1 queen bed, 2 fulls & three twins beds. Much more than we needed for just three people. I'm guessing that is not usually the room you get of for the rate we paid.||2. It was extrememly clean. As far as I saw, there was no dust, no stains, everything was very well put together even though it was a bit dated. The bedding on two beds appeared to be brand new.||3. Living area included a pull out sofa with a nice 26"(?) flat screen and cable.||4. Location was literally between Kenai and Soldotna so we were reasonably close to everything.||5. The room rate was excellent.||||Cons:||1. There is no onsite office or manager. Check in was easy as I just called the number and the lady said our room was unlocked and keys inside. The reason this is a problem is the next issue.||2. The room next to us - the people returned drunk to the room at about 12:30 am and proceeded to have loud drunken conversations for 3 hours and since no manager was onsite there was no one to turn to about the issue.||3. The walls are paper thin! Once these drunkards quieted down, we could still hear EVERYTHING. I could hear their conversations as though I was in the room! I heard when they cleared their throat and coughed. ||||So, even though this was a nice place at a great rate, I only rated it average because I lost three hours of sleep and spent the next day exhausted.
