Positive: The electric fireplace was a nice romantic addition that we didn't expect...also, cookies and mints at check-in were also a nice extra touch. The Tempur-pedic bed was also very comfortable. Negative: While we were thankful to have a full breakfast, the breakfast could have been better flavor-wise. We've also never been at a hotel that said we couldn't bring food to the room.

I was presently surprised with how wonderful this place was. It was beautiful when we drove in. They gave a a cookie once i checked in. The customer service was A-1. The room was large and super clean. They had shampoo conditioner and body wash in the shower and the cutest basket with a toothbrush, toothpaste packet, shaving cream packet, show cleaner packet, mail remover packet, a comb and a razor. The breakfast spread was fantastic and check out wasn't until noon. Definitely recommend this place!

The staff here are so nice (I believe Adam helped me check in and he was very understanding and kind) and the facilities and rooms are all very clean. They offer great amenities for such a good price, I highly recommend this hotel. They even had a toothbrush and toothpaste in case you forgot yours, among a razor, comb, lotions, shampoo and conditioner, anything you need that you may have forgotten. It's quiet and in a safe location with easy parking and room access. Thank you very much for providing me with a last-minute booking during an emergency due to the power shutoffs to prevent wildfires! Keep up the great work and kindness, it shows!!

Had to book room online at last minute. Having my child with me, i took a few moments to search and read some reviews to see if the advertising to the motel was going to match customer reviews. IT DID NOT. When I first pull in which was hard to see the entrance and access it; there was a guy who was very briskly walking to office for change for laundry and was very jumpy and jittery when at window waiting to receive change. Red flag #1. The lady informed me which booking website did not that there was a $100 incidental fee that I had to put on my card as a hold. It did get refunded the next day after check out. The lack of information about the hold is what irritated me. Upon entering the room it had a chemical or aroma that I could taste and smell clean into the next day. It felt extremely dated and basically used. It looked clean visibly, but I was not sold on the actual cleanliness of the room. I chose to not set anything on the floors or furniture and brought the bare minimum into the room as we entered. The mattress was extremely uncomfortable and overall experience was unpleasant. I left without even showering the next am just to vacate the room in general. I don't feel it was worth the $86 I paid for the night. I feel it should have rented for a lot less considering location and personal experience. I had previously rented with a large chain of hotels which were more updated, cleaner, and far better location than the room/motel of Dynasty suites for same, if not cheaper than I rented the room at Dynasty Suites. If you are in a pinch, I suppose, but honestly, I would not ever return willingly.

Rooms are small in a historic motel. But they are clean and well maintained. Staff was amazing. Location was near perfect. ESRI headquarters was a 15 minute walk.

I stayed the night recently and left the Prime Rib Roast I purchased earlier at the store in the room refrigerator - in the grocery store package with an $85 price clearly visible on the front. When I went back and told the manager what had happened - she informed me that it was thrown away and told me it was not their fault. I saw the cleaning woman outside, but the manager refused to even step out the door and ask the woman ANYTHING! Then she told me that the trash was collected EVERY morning (even on a Sunday). I informed her we did not check out till almost noon. She insisted it was picked up and told me I could NOT look for it.
I realize it was my fault for leaving it there. My mistake that I received absolutely NO HELP from staff in resolving. I just want to say "Thanks" for your effort - I'll find a place where management is a little more helpful next time.
