was excited about this location as it's on my route to work, today I waited 25 minutes in line and left with no drink, total waste of time and there was only one vehicle in front of me. no one even came out to let us know they were having delays. you'll spend the same amount of time traveling to another location and ordering there, don't bother at this location.

I've almost been rear ended by your customers while leaving O'Reilly auto parts 3 times. I realize now I cannot park in front of the store because your customers are too concerned with getting their drinks. Please create a secondary entrance/exit.
