Unprofessional dude at the window using rude, un-funny language, takes my order. I ask for an iced protein latte. With sweet foam. Get charged for the extra sweet foam (as expected, +1.00) i also tip! I get my drink and it’s messy, dripping from the side (thanks for making my truck messy), with no sweet foam! Awesome! The drink tasted like water, worst coffee i have had from Dutch. No pride in making the drink. Workers wasn’t too concerned. Very poor experience. Not sure if i can go back to that location. Unless it’s made RIGHT. Luckily the new coffee shop 1902 down the street was very nice and made me an amazing drink!! Very good place. Do better management. These 2 guys did a sad! Job. Very unfortunate 12/9 3:20pm

This Dutch Bros is always poppin! And I can see why! The workers here are so incredibly kind and friendly, any time that I’ve visited they all have genuine smiles on their faces. The teamwork here honestly feels more like a family. I have always been greeted and helped right away, my order has never come out wrong and they honestly have the most delicious drinks! You seriously can’t go wrong with a visit to this location.

Early morning crew are always happy and curious. Most will remember your drink as well as your name after a few visits. Always a great atmosphere. Only negative tho g was there was no veterans day tribute even if it was just a special sticker for the day..just an idea.

They are always incredibly friendly here and make my drink just right with the smoothest cold brew around. My dog also says they do a darn good pup cup;

So glad to travel to where Dutch Bros. is available! They were really busy at 10:00 in the morning but had 2 people working both drive-thru lanes to get orders in. The young lady who took our order was very cheerful and helpful. The person at the window repeated our order to be sure it was correct. My SF Irish Cream latte was yummy. My companion's triple shot decaf latte was disappointingly weak. Next time, we'll try quad to see if that gives the desired rich taste.

When they mess up orders they don’t care to re make the drinks during rushes and you have to go through Dutch Bros customer service online to get a refund since they refuse to do so. Also majority of the guys who work there are rude and don’t care for that Dutch Bros vibe.

So I usually don’t have an issue and typically I’ll order the same 2 drinks unless there’s a new drink… well the app said there was a new drink and I asked for it but apparently no one at this location knew about it and every person I interacted with was asking how I knew the about the drink and they way they went about was like they were grilling me and just made me feel super bad about ordering it. They made the drink but I didn’t even enjoy it and it just sat on my counter at home. Definitely won’t be visiting this location for a while….
