Had donuts from them before but we just got dozen donuts but very disappointed in the quality of donuts today. They were out with many (such as nuggets) especially chocolate glazed which I have in a pic, I have never seen chocolate glazed with this little of Chocolate covering 🙁

Went to the drive thru. Attempted to order one vanilla and one chocolate frosted donut with sprinkles and one order of plain stuffed bagel bites. She came onto the speaker mid-conversation with a coworker. Proceeded to cut me off each time I attempted to speak, when I pulled up to the window she had to ask me again what type of donuts and bagel bites i ordered. I then STILL got the wrong donuts, and wrong flavor bagel minis. The bagel minis were also cold. No napkins and wouldn’t open the window again to fix the issue.

EVERYTIME I go my food is made incorrectly and donuts are hard as a rock or cold. I go to 7 brew now yall are way too expensive for that type of quality and service.

Asked for extra cold foam and even had to pay still no cold foam. !! Coffee was just plain no cream and sugar like requested. Asked for a new one and said I would pay!! Still again charged twice and handed the same damn thing ! I really love dd and drive over 18miles in the morning just to get them over anyone else. Super sad.

Want a fast service? Order at drive thru window and come eat inside, you'll save at least 15 minutes. At time of visit nobody eating at dining room took 20 minutes to get served after 5 minutes waiting to just order food , workers came out with the excuse: "we were busy at drive thru"; really, so my money is not as good as the people ordering at drive thru?

Burnout kids couldn't make a latte to save their lives. For a whopping 30 bucks we got 4 shots of burnt espresso mixed with chipped ice topped with whip.. and one large cup of chocolate milk. This was absolutely the worst pitstop we ever made. The donuts were awful too.

Absolute worst Dunkin I have ever been in. Took 50+ minutes for our mobile order. Staff rude and very unhelpful. If you come here do not use the mobile order!
