Jennifer was incredible to work with. She planned a trip for 6 through the UK and Paris and was an absolute joy to work with. Very attentive and understanding, and she was patient with us as we worked to decide details to fill out the trip. We will definitely use Dune Lakes Travel for our next overseas trip. We can’t wait!

Jennifer Wood and team planned our family Spring Break vacation to Hawai'i, and the experience was exceptional! From start to finish, every detail was accounted for! Highly recommend! (1) We were recommended and assisted to enroll in TSA Pre-Check. This was something we didn't previously know how to enroll in, nor did we understand the huge benefits of Pre-Check for family travel with young children. (2) When we arrived in Ko Olina, a Lei greeter had been arranged to meet us. What a surprise! (3) Our suite at Disney Aulani Hotel and Resort had been hand-selected for the perfect full beach, sunrise and sunset views. (4) An inter-island round trip was planned, and we were able to island hop without the stress of planning the logistics. (5) A family VIP Luau experience was planned, as well as special breakfast and dinner reservations made on our behalf. Each meal experience was incredible, and this feat would have otherwise required hours of online time (i.e. reading reviews, etc.).

Great family trip, the trip was exactly what we wanted when taking the grandkids to Disney World. Jennifer Wood Dune Lakes Travel scheduled everything for us from the resort to a scooter for my husband. Recommended restaurants throughout Disney and tips on saving time while waiting in lines for rides.

Jennifer went above and beyond for our anniversary trip last month. I didn’t think we were going to be able to pull off the trip because of our crazy schedules and Jennifer continued to work non stop to make it happen. She was so kind, professional and detail orientated! Every little small question I had while traveling, Jennifer was extremely responsive and even sent us a special gift for our Anniversary! We scheduled an appointment with Jennifer for our honeymoon planning. Unfortunately, she had to cancel at the last minute but rescheduled it for a couple of days later. We rearranged our schedule to accommodate the new appointment time she had made. However, we were disappointed when she failed to call us for the rescheduled appointment, even after we had confirmed it with her. Despite our follow-up email asking if we were still meeting, we received no response. While we were eager to work with Jennifer and understood the need to reschedule, the lack of communication and follow-through was unprofessional. It was unfortunate that we took time off work for our rescheduled appointment to just to have our time wasted.
