Freshly made donuts on demand! I loved being able to enjoy warm donuts with a variety of toppings that let me customize my own flavor. I ordered a blueberry donut, which was soft, not overly sweet, and absolutely delicious. The adorable duck-themed decor added a nice touch to the experience, and the staff were very friendly, providing thorough explanations. However, it was disappointing to pair such delicious donuts with a lackluster coffee. I ordered a cold brew with sweet cream, but the cold brew tasted cheap and lacked depth. It would be much better if they put more effort into the coffee to complement the tasty donuts.

I love that you can make pretty much any flavor combinations that you can think of with their build your own option. I must admit that I do have a different favorite donut shop in Round Rock, but wanted to try these for the variety aspect. The flavors were all pretty tasty, I was just not a huge fan of the actual donut base, which reminded me of Mrs. Baird' s powered donuts. They were "cake-y" like that in my opinion. Just my personal preference as I am not knocking them...others obviously find them delicious! And they look so pretty 😍

Came in for the first time today and had a wonderful experience. All of the donuts are made to order so they're hot and fresh. Spent about $12 for half a dozen donuts in a variety of flavors. The donuts were pillowy soft and delicious.

In my opinion, the French Toast Donut easily stood out as my favorite.

Super friendly staff, really clean location. Never been here before and they make their donuts fresh to order so that’s super unique! They had tons of toppings and mixtures, great selection of ingredients. Loved the atmosphere and again I cannot stress how amazing and helpful the staff was. Of course the donuts are delicious! Oh my god, if you’ve never had a hot fresh donut you have to come here! My only regret is I just ordered one! I’ve never had anything that good in my life! Definitely come by and try it out! I’ll be back soon! Great job!

Three people working, well here behind the counter, and I have waited 25 minutes for three donuts and still waiting. I watched the guy make one donut 🍩 take it back and eat it for himself. Apparently he is on break or eating my donut. If you are going to make everyone wait, then please don’t make a donut in front of everyone and eat it. Yes, the guy in the green shirt. No work ethic and poor people skills. I will not be back and the three people with me had a very disappointing first experience at Duck Donuts.

Went in on Saturday morning for a quick take out, the cashier had a target unfriendly attitude, to the customers in front of us and also us. It made us feel as if us being there was an issue… the other time we visited however the service was excellent, positive and friendly attitude from the staff. I would return for the quality and consistency of the food, just beware of the service….
