Drury never disappoints us and should something not be well they are quick to take care of it. There was literally a party going on in the room next to us, all night. I'm not opposed to folks having fun, however at 3:00 a.m I asked the front desk to assist. The manager made it right and then some. Always clean and nice. Breakfast and Kickback a HUGE amenity and always good.

We have stayed at various Drury Inns across the country due to the continuous hospitality. This location did not let us down. They have excellent accommodations and friendly staff. We felt welcomed the moment we stepped inside the main area to checked in for our stay. The buffet style breakfast helps start our day. The kick back in the evening is an added bonus. The pol area was clean and towels readily available.

Excellent stay. Clean, good breakfast and fair dinner. Good staff. Good housekeeping. Good location. No problems. Sometimes youth groups noisy but they eventually quieted down. Very helpful staff and good wi fi. Hotel packed most nights so good to book early.

Needed a hotel room; I had been in a car accident while traveling. Usually stay at Marriott or Embassy suites but from now on I will only stay at Drury. The manager Mike was unbelievably kind and caring. My room was so clean and well kept the bathroom actually sparkled. No kidding. Bed was very comfortable; a nice TV ,coffee maker, microwave. Free breakfast in the morning was great. Also, I felt very safe and secure after such a traumatic experience on the road I have never met such nice people as I did at that hotel. I highly recommend it. You won’t be disappointed.

We travel quite a bit for club volleyball and this is one of the best hotel experiences we've had especially traveling with our kids. The included kickback (dinner service) and breakfast made the cost to feed my 3 kids (2 teens and a 10yr old) well worth it. The food is superb as well - no complaints from anyone. Many of us made multiple trips, my kids loved the white cheddar Mac and cheese. Trent at the front desk handled the large line like a champ, made us popcorn too, and the food service employees were courteous and helpful. The indoor/outdoor pool looked nice even tough we didn't use it. It was fairly crowded and justly so for the great service and amenities. We did notice the elevators were slow but this is a larger hotel and again, seemed full. My own personal issue was the beds were a bit too soft and I felt every time my husband turned over. BUT, we would return to this hotel 100%.

Positive: We were on a trip from Illinois and stayed at this hotel and we were NOT disappointed!! Wonderful vibes, wonderful staff and wonderful over all experience! It is Hands down our new favorite hotel! Negative: Not a single thing!

We stayed here for two nights on our way to SC.
Really appreciated the nightly drinks for $1. and dinner provided.
The room/bathroom was quite clean which was a nice change from recent hotels and Airbnbs we’ve been at!
The pool and hot tub were absolutely packed on the Wednesday evening we got there, but Thursday morning I got it to myself.
There were a lot of small children there the first night and we didn’t hear a thing, could hear traffic a little in the morning but the building seemed really solid!
Two downsides were 1. no freezer in the mini fridge so we couldn’t keep our cooler ice packs frozen and 2. the room felt a bit cramped for four adult-sized people. In hindsight, I would have booked a suite!
Sparkle at the front desk is outstanding at her job and should be teaching others how to do that job!!!
Overall, we would definitely stay at a Drury again.
Side note……. The garbage bins outside and the dog poop bin were overflowing!!!!!

Very clean, extremely accommodating employees, complementary breakfast, dinner and snacks that were delicious! I read the reviews before I reserved our room and thought some people must have been over exaggerating on how nice their stay was. I’m here to say it’s all true!!
