I’ve been a client of Dreamfinder travel for 4 years now. In that time I’ve never had a bad trip, never paid more than I had to, and have never been dissatisfied with my agent. They are efficient, knowledgeable, and infinitely helpful from the top of the agency down. My agent helps me to not only meet my budget but offers very helpful advice and recommendations, is incredible at adjusting plans if there is a sudden problem, and always gets right back to me when I have a question. I’ve never regretted planning with Dreamfinder Travel and I honestly don’t think anyone else will either. They will work with you on everything from your budget, party size, and hotel preferences to meal plans, fast passes, and party tickets. Anything they can help with they will. They’re also just genuinely nice people who understand how much a vacation can mean to a person or family.They seem to truly want to help plan the best trip imaginable and that love of travel is infectious. Give them a try! You’ll be glad you did.

We have used dreamfinder for several disney cruise trips as well as disney world. Penny is the agent we have used and she is wonderful we have not had a bad experience yet. We've most recently had 2 trips canceled due to covid19 and what could have been a disaster in rescheduling etc was a breeze with Penny. This was new territory for everyone and all I can say is if she didn't have the answer off hand she made sure to find out asap and relay to us. We have even recommended several family members to them we've been so pleased.

DO NOT BOOK WITH DREAMFINDER TRAVEL!

Horrible experience, Sue Ellen (the owner) is extremely difficult to work with, argumentative about everything, and refuses to lift a finger to help her clients. She had some previous agents who were amazing, but since they've left and Sue Ellen has taken over, things have gone downhill fast.
She's more focused on the money than customer satisfaction or loyalty. STAY AWAY. Book directly or find another agency. Literally any other agency. You'll be glad you did.
