We came down Dec 27-29th and we had a really good time. My nine year old killed two deer and had a big time! Lodge was clean.. food was good. Not a bad drive from Central MS. Good hosts and guides and cooks. Jeff the owner is really down to earth and took good care of us. We brought home two huge coolers full of meat! Didnt really have time to fish but the lake is 100% LEGIT. We will be back!

Jeff, John, Chad, and Tanner all awesome guides on our turkey hunt and fishing trip. This is a primo lodge with an even better crew taking care of its customers. This is a must try place for outdoorsman. We will be back.

I just got back from taking three clients to Dream Lake Lodge for a day and a half of fishing. Jeff and Hutch were the consummate Southern Gentlemen. Their hospitality was second to none. The food that was provide by their staff was some of the best southern cuisine that I have ever tasted. The lodge and accommodations were outstanding. Our fishing guide John was very knowledgeable, friendly and eager to put us on fish. My only regret was that we didn't stay longer. Looking forward to going back in the Spring.

I had a great time here, Fished for 2 Days Catching tons of Fish and Great Staff. Food was heavy but tasty, I understand southern cooking.
Only reason why I’m only giving 2 stars is because I got bit by bed bugs ? .
I told the owner and no type of reimbursement nor discount. I didn’t want my money back but I did want some type adjustment to my Bill or maybe offer a discount for the Next visit.
I’m not sure what type of creature bit me but it was really bad. In pain for 3 weeks now. ☹️
The owner is really cool, but he has not checked in with me nor did he show any type of Sympathy.
So this place is cool, just don’t sleep here.
Hopefully this will change with this awareness.
I would totally come back and fish ? here.

I can’t say enough about how beautiful this place really is. No pictures could ever do it justice! The staff is so knowledgeable in everything they do and the hospitality exhibited by Jeff and Harvey is above and beyond anything you could expect! If you’re looking for a great family experience in the beautiful wilds of Alabama then this is your “Dream” destination! It’s super family friendly and has a relaxed laid back atmosphere! Don’t even get me started on the beautiful outdoor stone fireplace! It has it all for the ones who love hunting, fishing and being surrounded by people you can let your guard down around and breath some fresh bama air! 10 out of 10 recommend this place to anyone willing to listen!

Dream Lake Lodge was a fantastic experience. Jeff and his staff (Anthony,Webb,Mary,Doretha) provided an awesome deer hunting trip. Although the weather was warm, I saw deer every hunt. Thank you again for the experience, I will definitely be back!

This place is great and the people are awesome! If you are looking for a good time fishing or hunting for trophy bass and whitetail then this is the place to go!!
