I would not recommend spending any tourism dollars or time in this town. The Walmart here is anti RV tourist which is CHOICE because as we know there are countless Walmarts throughout the country that are RV friendly because they know most of those people are shopping in the store and also bringing out of town money into the area but here they don't care they don't want us so once I learn the hard way I just drove right out of town and I'll take my money somewhere else. What does this have to do with the tourism center here? It's all connected. If your Chamber of Commerce leaders and your tourism leaders knew what they were doing or wanted to make things better for this town you would be working with the Walmart to attract people instead of telling them to just keep on moving It's that simple because it happens elsewhere so there's no excuses

Spacious, welcoming environment with good signage and a lot of useful information. Dave Nevins, the new tourism coordinator is perfectly suited for this job and Douglas is lucky to have him.

The visitors center is good place to go. When you need information or to ask questions, get bus passes. The women are very pleasant, very professional. The drivers are very kind. Not a bad experience at all
