I have stayed here a couple times already. Front desk agents are always nice and friendly.

Albert was very nice and I supposed to get free upgrade as he mentioned. But it was never done. He even told other agent to upgraded my room when I checked in but it wasn’t.

I will give 5 stars to Albert for his effort but 0 star for other agent.

When I stayed here, my floor was so loud and I wasn’t able to sleep until 0200 am. Must had some kind of party.

Comfortable bed! Wonderful bartender! Lovely shower products! DELICIOUS cookies! Thank you for having allergy friendly cookies, which also work for Vegans. Could you make it easier to have coffee and tea in our rooms, please? And we did not know that you don't service the rooms every day.

Great location for work. Rooms are nice and clean. I just so happen to get a room with a noisy AC, but not a big deal. Parking is a walk to front entrance. No side doors from lot to get in.

One of my favorite hotels and I am usually here monthly. The location is convenient to lots of restaurants. The hotel is clean and the rooms are comfortable.||My favorite part is the restaurant staff. As a frequent traveler, it is an extra nice feeling to be greeted and feel at home. The morning staff is welcoming and very friendly. ||One person in particular, Adolfo, always recognizes me and goes out of his way with extraordinary hospitality and service. It is always a pleasure to see him. When talking to Adolfo, you quickly get a sense of how much pride he takes in the quality of the breakfast menu and food offerings. It is like being welcomed into his home.

I paid in advance through the Hilton app like I’ve done many times before. First time at the Whittier location. I was charged again at check in through the app, the digital key was never made available. I check in again in person when I arrive just to be charged again!!? I mention this to the front desk attendant and he is super helpful and tells me he will look into it while I get settled in my room (which wasn’t the same room I had checked in with through the app). He calls me and informs me it was an error. I got my money refunded. Never coming to this location again. The drain for the shower barely worked and the tv kept randomly turning off. Our mini fridge was so loud we could barely sleep.

I have stayed here 8 nights in the last 12 months. This last stay was booked through my credit card reward program paid for with reward points. Upon arrival, I was told it wasn't paid for and that I would need to pay the bill myself, which I did. When I went to check out, I asked for a receipt so I could provide my credit card company with proof that I paid so they could refund my points. The person at the front desk refused to give me a copy claiming it was paid by a third party. When I showed her my credit card charge from them, she still refused to provide me a copy.
In addition, when we arrived in our room, there were two bottles of Costco water with a note that as a Hilton rewards member (which we are) these were complimentary. Then when I arrive home, I noticed they billed my credit card for $6.00 for the two waters. When I called them, they said those were
free only for their upper tier members. That restriction was NOT on the note card.
I hope they made a huge profit on that water as I will never stay at another Hilton owned hotel again.

When traveling to California this is usually our first choice hotel. The room we stayed in was ok. But the bathroom was a little run down. The shower head was old and only sprayed water out of a few holes. The shower just looked outdated and the room linen was throwing out dust. I was also surprised if the $6.00 charge, which I found out were for the 2 waters on the previous reviews. There was no indication of them costing anything. Otherwise I wouldn't have touched them. Really reconsidering our next booked reservation. I don't like that they freely charged my card after I checked out. There really is no indication of charges in the room for a normal sized water that at most would cost a $1-$1.50.
