To be a Hilton in the desert, the room was very chic, comfortable, & clean! The hotel staff, Levi, was extremely polite & hospitable! He went over & beyond to ensure that I would enjoy my stay! |The only negative I’d point out is that the room did have a bit of an odor when first walking in. Other than that, 9.5/10!

This place was amazing all of the customer service was beyond amazing! Especially to the front desk help from “Teen”. With help with my keys everyday ! I would definitely book this hotel again if I am in the area for work. Also, the food was really good !

This was our first time staying at this hotel, and we chose the Fitness-themed room, which I highly recommend for anyone who wants the convenience of working out without leaving their room.||Brianna at the front desk delivered the best customer service I have ever experienced at a hotel. From the moment we arrived, she made us feel genuinely welcomed. She thoroughly explained all of the hotel’s amenities and consistently went above and beyond to ensure my girlfriend and I had everything we needed. Brianna’s professionalism, friendliness, and attention to detail are truly exceptional and a key reason why this hotel will now be our go-to choice.||

The room was clean and modern! Lots of plugins and cute furniture. Front desk was a bit rude, but maybe it was because we were a late booking (945pm).

One thing that stood out to me was how big the gym is I had everything I needed to get my workout. I’m giving this a four star because the TV in the room was very slow took a while for programs or shows to load the front desk. Staff was really friendly.

As a frequent guest, the hotel is super clean. The gym is well equipped and clean. The staff are super friendly. The food and drinks are great.
Devin, in the restaurant/bar, is AMAZING! He is personable, attentive, provides stellar service. He connects with his regulars and makes EVERYBODY feel like a somebody. A true gift for us road warriors!

Exceptional Service from Levi at the Front Desk.
I recently had the pleasure of staying at the DoubleTree this weekend and I must say, the experience was truly remarkable, predominantly due to the outstanding service provided by one particular staff member, Levi, at the front desk.
From the moment we walked in, He greeted us with a warm smile and an eagerness to assist. His professionalism and friendly demeanor immediately set the tone for our stay. It’s not every day that you come across someone who genuinely seems to enjoy their job, and passion for providing excellent customer service was apparent !!!

the hotel is not bad, but it is not what we expected. the room was very noisy from the elevator, you could also hear the toilet flushing in the next room. About breakfast. When we booked the hotel, the photo and description indicated that the breakfast type was buffet. but when we came for breakfast we were offered only 2 dishes to choose from and that's it... even drinks were paid. There was nothing else. why deceive people? The breakfast was not tasty, there was a bone in the sausage and the pancakes were burnt. very disappointed in the hotel.
