As others have said, the place is dated but it was definitely not bad. The rooms were spacious but our room was not the cleanest: ie: nightstand dusty, lotion (hopefully) splattered on nightstand. Also the heater/AC is literally the loudest unit I’ve ever heard, it’s almost comical. |Location is good, walking distance to many restaurants and coffee shoes and the Spokane River park; easy and safe feeling walk to Spokane arena too. I would stay again.

Check in was a breeze, onsite parking, close to a lot of fun things to do (all within walking distance) family oriented. The pool was not open but upon request the hot tub was. The rooms were clean. The people at the front desk were helpful and informative. We loved our stay and recommend taking here, even if for a night.

Great hotel for the price. The location is prime. Can walk to the falls and water within minutes, go to downtown or the convention center. Rooms are great condition and the quality was up to par.

The staff here though is super nice. I interacted with the day and night shifts for different things. Each time they were super nice to interact with and treated me with respect.

Good customer service is rare to find. This stay was 5 stars and I loved Spokane.

We just recently came for a basketball tournament. The hotel was in a great location. Right in downtown. Easy access to the city & the big park. Hotel rooms were standard rooms, nothing extravagant. One of the elevators was broken & it was a sold-out weekend at this hotel, so the elevator access was awful, long waits. Pool was not open yet so we did not get to enjoy that amenity.

I stay at a lot of Hilton hotels. Rarely do I give a "5-star" rating. (I rate most Hiltons at 4-stars because they are clearly above average, but still room for improvement.) This DT gave me a spacious, corner room on the top floor. The view was incredible. The room itself (except for a very minor issue with the bathroom door) was excellent--nice desk, nice king bed, nice accent chairs. Room was also well lighted (if lamps are turned on--a wall switch for at least one lamp would have been helpful). The shower was INCREDIBLE--great water pressure! Morning breakfast at the hotel restaurant was also excellent--one of the few with a menu item which included a small portion of almost everything (i.e., eggs, bacon/sausage, AND french toast/pancakes). The adjacent hotel/conference center parking garage was very convenient (although the hotel parking fee was a "tad" pricey). Finally, the hotel is downtown near a lot of restaurants. Chili's is right across the street if you don't want to eat at the hotel restaurant. The Spokane indoor shopping mall is only a few blocks away. The hotel is also right next to the Spokane river where walk paths in and around downtown are very scenic. Finally, front desk hotel staff were very polite AND friendly. Stay here, especially if it's your first time to Spokane and you won't be disappointed.

The water for the shower/tub was cold.

I ordered this room for my partner to be able to comfortably stay close to the convention center for an event that she had. We never pay this much for hotels, but the location was the biggest appeal.

The one thing she needed more than any other service or amenity was to have a warm bath, something you would expect from almost any hotel.

I realize this sounds very "first world problems", but all I can say is that for the health journey she is on, a warm bath is extremely therapeutic.

Very disappointed that this simple, basic amenity couldn't be provided, at one of the more expensive hotels no less.

It was a great place to stay. Close to downtown and had a cool view. Parking is great, covered garage next to the hotel/ convention center. We paid the extra $25 for the included breakfast. The breakfast is great, you pick any item on the menu for the included price. It may be cheaper to just purchase the breakfast outright.

This hotel is located near Riverfront Park. My room was a city view. ||My room was very spacious and came with a refrigerator. The bathroom has complimentary shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. ||||There is a small store, Starbucks Cafe, and restaurants near the lobby entrance. Staff at the hotel were very nice and knowledgeable of the area. Housekeeping services were superb. I loved the daily service that I didn't need to request. ||||Parking is available in a garage for a fee. There is plenty of street parking for short-term parking. If you eat a the on-site restaurant there is complimentary parking during their business hours.
