Had a great experience at this hotel this weekend. Stayed two nights and the hotel was clean, well-kept, and comfortable. The beds were like sleeping on clouds. Plenty of fridge space and comfortable room all around. Only issue was checking in - one team member was on break and line was deep so had to wait a bit to get checked in.

Good service is good service whether you're at a Four Seasons or a Motel 6. Every person I came across from the gent checking me, to the bartender, to the staff in the hall asking if I needed help finding my room was top notch. Traveling alone for work every single week, I deeply appreciate feeling seen and being offered inviting hospitality. I will definitely stay here again when in SB. Also, the new room remodels are very nice.

Upon checking in, I was met with a carpet covered in dog fur that stuck to our socks, indicating a lack of proper cleaning prior to our arrival. I had to call the front desk to request that the room be vacuumed thoroughly. Furthermore, when we arrived in front of the lobby the next morning, I found glass alcohol bottles littering the area. My vehicle ran over one, which posed a serious risk of a flat tire. This experience highlighted multiple health and safety hazards during my stay at the hotel, which I find absolutely unacceptable. Last but not least, The lady at the front desk told me it’s not their problem. Additionally, you can smell marijuana all through the hallways at night time.

Although, The Breakfast was good.

Incredible customer service from the time that we arrived and we're greeted and helped by Navy, who was the quintessential professional. Every employee that I had come in contact with during my stay was very friendly, helpful and professional as well. The room was beautiful and so was the rest of the property. I haven't been to this hotel in about 30 some odd years, but it's only gotten better. Based on my experience during this stay, it will be my go-to hotel from now on.

Double Tree in San Bernardino is my oasis! The rooms are always clean & tidy. I love the decor and lighting in the rooms and lobby. I also appreciate the daily housekeeping. I'm usually really organized and keep my room as tidy as possible, but I know when I get back to my room in the afternoon/evening, my trash is taken out, my bed is made and towels and cups are replenished. The hotel, for the most part, is well kept and cozy. All the amenities are maintained and awesome as well. My only grief is that the elevator is slow and not the smoothest. Overall, I am very pleased with the hotel itself.
Now, the staff is really a pleasure to deal with. Whether it's the people at the front desk, the ladies working the breakfast buffet, the waitresses and waiters, to the maintenance guys. They're all so polite and friendly.
I'm not a fan of having to keep coming to San Bernardino, but as mentioned, this is my oasis while I'm here!

I booked this hotel online, but due to my carelessness, I mistakenly booked the dates from March 21st to March 31st instead of March 27th to March 31st. I did not check in, and they charged me for the night of March 21st, which I understand. However, I wanted to keep the reservation for March 27th to March 31st. The front desk told me they were fully booked and couldn't make any changes, but in reality, they still had available rooms. The front desk lied about the rooms being full and refused to let me stay. Now, I've paid $300 and still don't have a suitable place to stay. This is the worst hotel experience ever. The front desk lied, and no one helped to resolve the issue.

We were grateful to get a room upgrade, we had a suite with a living area and a bedroom. The bedroom AC unit only had hot air and the living room AC unit worked as expected. The shower didn’t work, it dripped water. (3 seconds to fill a plastic cup). I am happy to have running water but I shouldn’t have to pay for a room that doesn’t have enough water pressure to shower comfortably. I notified the front desk and they said they will let maintenance know. That doesn’t make my stay more acceptable. I won’t be back. I think less of Hilton for how they handled this and their response. I will stick with Marriott going forward. Not that it matters to them but I was extremely disappointed. I have video of the shower however Google reviews doesn’t allow for photos. I’ll post under website page.

I stayed here with my husband recently because we seen the hotel looked nice, however upon checking into our room it was old, musty and outdated and to make matters worse there was a humongous COCKROACH crawling up the wall (apparently they have an on going roach problem reading other reviews) they charge for parking and security does not even walk the lot ( he seemed to busy flirting and cracking jokes with the blonde girl with colored eyes at the reception) because when we got home we noticed there was a big scratch on our car it must’ve been from all the crackhead homeless people walking around the hotel (LITERALLY) the front desk people were gossiping about other guest laughing as if i couldn’t hear because they were being really loud about it. Do better!!!!!
