Horrible experience and horrible hotel ever!!! In 2 days I have faced the 3 issues below … and hopefully I can make it to the 3rd day without anymore issues

1- In terms of hospitality the staff were not friendly and it give you the feeling that you’re staying at a motel instead of 4 star hotel

2- The room doesn’t have a hot water for shower!!

3- I have reserved my room with breakfast included through a 3rd party and suddenly that feature disappeared and we have been in contact between the 3rd party and the hotel (normally in decent hotels they try to work things out for you or at least try) which I didn’t see in this hotel

Don’t be fooled by the location of the hotel … I believe you can find other options with at least decent service

The view is fantastic. The fireplace and boats outside look o beautiful, a little walk and one can reach the gorgeous marina drive and watch the sunset. Rooms are clean. The check in was quick and efficient. Vegetarians may have a problem at the buffet. But overall a lovely stay. Just so beautiful

... Granted this was a business trip so I'm not sure I would have chosen this place otherwise. It does have great views on the waterfront and decent gym with a good size pool in sauna comment so it definitely gets points there. It's just that it's Rundown and when it's raining there's a lot of water leaks everywhere. It needs some serious renovations. Overall not a bad experience my major complaint is the on-site restaurant is not super great with their service and the food is overly expensive with average portions. Overall it was a decent experience just not five stars.

Rooms are spacious and clean. However heating is loud. Great view of San Francisco and Golden Gate. Staff are attentive. The hotel generally could need some facelift. Furthermore, the breakfast room was chilly every day so that I started wearing as many layers as possible. Coffee was disappointing, but breakfast omeletts were great. So was the tuna tartar by night.

Today, we checked out of the Hilton hotel, and I can confidently say that this will be our last Hilton reservation ever.

We had booked the hotel through Expedia, despite being Hilton Honor members. However, I noticed a charge on my account and called the hotel to inquire about it. The receptionist simply explained that we were not Hilton Honor members and were therefore charged for the water. I clarified that I was a member, but they insisted that since we had booked through a third party, we needed to pay the full rate.

Oh, and there was this other thing that caught our attention. The rooms in the photos looked so much better than they actually were when we got there. They were super outdated and not as cool as we had imagined.

On the positive side, the receptionists who checked us in and the one I had contacted before our arrival to inform the hotel about our late check-in were very friendly and helpful.

The location of the hotel was convenient and quiet, which was a plus.

I have been here a few times and always love my stay here . I enjoy walking and hiking along the marina and hiking Trail in front of the hotel.
Self parking is $42 now but you can park on the street. Many people have parked there. I did too and it was pretty safe.

Positive: The housekeepers were very kind, it was very clear that they thoroughly cleaned everything for guest. Negative: to check on the confirmation of my reservation, the first person I spoke to said that I didn?t have a reservation despite me having the confirmation number. This led to me having to speak to another rep. Also valet service wasn?t present when getting car.

Five-day work stay. It was fine, staff was friendly. Great view of the marina, but that's the main thing for which you're paying. Public-facing areas like the lobby, restaurant, and outdoor space are well-kept, but the rooms are in serious need of a refresh. There was a balcony, but no furniture and the sliding door lock was broken, so it was never used. Breakfast is overpriced. Hot water went out the second day that I was there, had to go shower in a room in a different building. Large property laid out strangely like a maze. I consistently stay with Hilton when traveling for work, this was the least satisfactory experience I've had so far. I might stay again if I'm town for a short visit, but never again for an extended stay.
