Great location, close proximity to the freeways, a lot of restaurants near by, 10-15min drive from Disneyland. The rooms are comfortable and staff was excellent. Special Thanks to Nike, she answered every question I had effortlessly. I've stayed at this location several times now and I'll be back again. 👍

I would be careful at this hotel. Location is great and rooms are good, BUT. They are becoming the go to for school trips and the amount of teens overtaking the hotel without chaperones is terrible. Not only was it terrible, but the liability of having 20-30 teens in the jacuzzi and 40-50 in the pool area without any adults is terrible. Fire and medical need to audit this place. Hotel staff is overrun and could care less. I hope this review doesn’t become evidence to their negligence but feel the need to document our experience, because I believe the evidence will defend itself unless serious change happens at the top.

I recently stayed here from 03/09 - 03/11 & I must say this place is always clean & quiet. Front desk is always helpful & amazing. Thank you to Tommy & Jessica. They made sure my stay was going well & if I needed anything. The moment I walked in they were ready to help with a smile. Big Shout out to Housekeeping & Tommy always working hard & keeping the place running 10/10 would recommend staying here & will be back.|Thanks to their amazing Team & Everyone !!

Really impressed with this hotel. In a good location, close to Disney and Knott's Berry Farm as well as stores and restaurants (Denny’s, Wendy’s and Target over the road). Free parking which is a bonus in the area. The rooms are spacious and comfortable with a great sofa and TV. We also made use of the free shuttle to a theme park which was very convenient and saved us $35 on parking. The hotel held a parcel for me which was also very handy. All in all, would stay again!

The staff here is very attentive, warm and kind. They have a convenient and reasonably priced laundry facility. They got a cozy “market” corner where you get food, snacks, desserts, and drinks next to the front desk. There’s also a Starbucks in the lobby. ||“Nike”, the supervisor took care of us really well. I’d stay here again.

I was treated like royalty. Marilyn checked me in and was extremely accommodating. My room wasn’t ready and she put me in another quickly. She greeted me by my name when she saw me. Everyone was great. This was the best stay EVER! The room was gorgeous and I had the best sleep for the first time in years.

We had a generally good stay here. We chose a room overlooking the pool, rather than facing the road, and so outside noise was a minimum. The bed was comfortable, the wi-fi worked well, etc. The constant noise from the vent in the bathroom wall is kind of annoying after awhile, but we chose to look at it as white noise.||I did come out of the room one morning a massive leak from the ceiling in the hallway. Thankfully, it was down the hall from our room and did not affect us. My partner came out an hour later and by then, air dryers had been placed in the hall.||I thought the restaurant was pretty solid, and prices decent for a hotel. It’s a good use for the F&B credit for Hilton Diamond members. The only minor annoying regarding that credit is that it’s not cumulative at this property. Maybe I’ve been lucky in the past, but at previous properties where I’ve stayed have permitted (and sometimes even encouraged) using the total credit earned over multiple nights (in our case, $15 per person per night equaled $60 total). But here, they make you use it or lose it each day. I didn’t realize that until checking out. Would’ve been nice if, at check-in, the desk clerk would have encouraged us to use the credit quickly since we arrived late a night.||My partner used the shuttle to Disneyland and said it worked quite well.||Property is located very near the interstate, which made it convenient for our travels around the area.

Stayed 5 nights in this wonderful hotel on our family trip Feb 2025. Absolutely loved our experience and would definitely stay here again. Courteous staff. Beautiful spacious double room, beautifully furnished. Had a refrigerator and a safe. King size bed was enough for myself, hubby and our 12 year old daughter to share. Additionally had a coffee brewing machine. Very quiet. ||Location is quite close to Disneyland, Knott’s Berry Farm, Buena Park mall, and the complimentary shuttle to these places was the best for us - otherwise transportation would’ve cost us a fortune. Shuttle available several times a day with incredible flexibility!! The drivers were extremely courteous and helpful, always happy to pick us up if we wanted to get back earlier. ||The Jacuzzi was amazing!!! The pool was a bit cold for us due to time of year and it was raining half the time we were there. The only inconvenience was the one time it wasn’t raining, our daughter was eager to use the pool but there was a dead bug in it as pool wasn’t covered overnight but she was quite happy in the Jacuzzi. We did not try the meals at the hotel as there were lots of options nearby. ||The hotel also had a mini store which was very handy and everything is reasonably priced. Target store is also very close by. ||Couldn’t recommend this hotel enough. We will definitely be staying here again.
