Great takeout experience. Our special request was honored exactly.
The doner pita was very flavorful and full of meat! They did not skimp. We love the house sauce, garlic sauce, and hummus.
My only complaint is that one of the meals was ordered with hummus and it was not included. I’m glad I ordered extra

In 2016 DonerG was my favorite Mediterranean spot in Irvine and it was my go to for lunch. After years I noticed change in the quality of food but I still love it. They have great selection of different sauces and great fresh Mediterranean food. I hope they improve the quality of beef and chicken.

I had an amazing experience at DonerG, a place that perfectly blends the authentic flavors of Turkish cuisine with Mediterranean and Middle Eastern influences. I ordered the chicken pita sandwich combo, which came with a choice of salad or fries and a drink. The chicken was perfectly seasoned and absolutely delicious, and you can really taste the quality of the ingredients. The atmosphere is great, whether you're dining with a large group or just having a quiet meal. I will definitely be back!

Food is excellent ! Donar meat is 10/10 on all the wraps and sandwiches . Ice cream is a hard pass. We got the “ pistachio” but it was missing the pistachio flavor or any flavor . It tasted like milk and sugar . Bland. Paid nearly $10 for the larger of 2 sizes . See pics . Don’t match the poster in restaurant .

Run of the mill kebab shop. Good portion size, pretty tasty, priced a bit high. Had a combo bowl on fries. My friends had a wrap and a kebab. They finished their food. I couldn't. I'd go again when I feel like Turkish. Easy parking.

They fill it with a generous amount of filling and A LOT of meat. It didn't become soggy while we were taking it home. Also I can recommend Jajik sauce.

The staff here are pleasant and can recommend something to match your taste. We didn't have to wait in line, and there's free parking available outside.

I ate a wrap from the Irvine shop last week. Very disappointed. It was almost cold as served. The wrap was not at all toasted and I don’t think he left it on the flat top long enough. The meat was barely warm and had no crispy bits at all. It was flavorless. The whole thing was smallish and not a good value. The produce used looked fresh and the sauces were the only highlight, especially the garlic. I will not go back. Closest description is boiled meat in a cold tortilla.

The counter staff don't speak much English but they got my order right: kebab rice plate. The meat was cut into very thick chunks (instead of being shaved into thin slices) which didn't help to overcome it's tough, chewy texture. It had almost no flavoring from herbs and spices, so you taste all the fat and grizzle from the stringy meat. There's no lamb in it at all, but the website said they use beef and lamb. The stuffed grape leaves, dolmas, were made with very old leaves and almost no stuffing; inedible. It was like chewing a cigar. The rice included is more like the type used for sushi; very mushy and gooey instead of light and fluffy like basmati. And lastly, there's no yogurt sauce unless you specifically request it. $16.70 with taxes. Not recommended.
