The pizza was horrible. It was poorly prepared, it had enough cheese for 3 or 4 pizzas on it and I didn’t even order it with extra cheese. It was soggy and looked like someone played with it on the way to deliver it. Just unacceptable and I’m spending my money.

I am not the one to leave a review unless I'm pushed to do so. SAT 9/28 I had ordered $80 worth of food for my family. I order Two medium Pan pizza, XL New York, Wings and Stuffed Cheese Bread. After waiting an hour for food from the driver to deliver it. He comes with Two medium Hand Tossed, XL New York, and Wings. No Bread and Two wrong medium pizza. The driver takes the two medium pizza to bring back the correct two pizza and bread. 1 hour later the driver comes back with ONLY bread. The bread was a loaf of bread with cheese in the middle NO cheese on top or garlic and butter on it. Just a loaf. The driver told me that the manager said we was not getting the 2 pizza and we need to talk to Corp about it. I have called no answer. I went there everyday and the manager is never there. Called Corp Domino's Customer CASE ID: 7372409.

Online it says 30-45 minutes until delivery from time of order, that is a load of crap! Over an hour and a half later and still haven’t received our food. It wasn’t a lot, just a couple of pizzas and a dessert! Oh, then when it shows that our driver finally left and is in route, it’s somehow going to take over 30 minutes for them to make it to us less than half a mile away? At this point, we’re not even hungry. Were only even awake to make sure that we still get our food that can’t possibly be fresh at this point.

Update, finally got the pizzas and as we assumed, not cold per se, but it really does feel like slightly above room temperature. Highly disappointed after this and usually they do fairly well.

Ok ..whoever put the onions in the Alfredo sauce last week because you didn't have enough and thought you could thin it out by doing so ,,,PLEASE STOP! I like ordering from this store cause y'all delivery on time and very nice people...but WHOEVER in the kitchen cooking /making pizza ...onions don't belong in Alfredo/spinach pizza .JUST STOP IT

Order two pizzas at 9:25pm on 8.1.24. Albeit that’s a little late but it’s now 11:11 and still haven’t received our food. We got a notification at 9:52pm they were doing the quality check. Please tell me why over an hour later two pizzas have not made it 5 miles down the road. There’s a corporate call happening tomorrow and I want my money back. Two damn hours on a Thursday night. The hell?

I ordered a pizza online and the site didn’t give me a delivery time or confirmation of my order,tried calling the store no one answered the phone i was listening to the answering machine for twenty minutes saying domino is making easy to order online,lol I asked for a refund cause they took my money and I had no pizza didn’t want it anymore I had driven there and had paid for delivery also gave a tip,told me that my refund will take 14 days gonna follow up Monday calling corporate to see if they refunded my money, the phone was off the hook and ringing no one ever answered the phone,that store is a joke,they gave me the pizza after refunding my money,it was so nasty and soggy I threw it away

Food has always been good. Kinda disappointed that I earned a free medium 2 topping pizza, but they only allow you to redeem it for delivery. Problem is, they don't deliver to my house. I asked if they don't deliver, would they be able to let me redeem it for carry out. It wasn't possible. I suggest that if your going to give away things for reward, you make it where it's available any way it's ordered. I pretty much stay loyal to dominos. Love the pizza and starting to enjoy all the other menu items as well. It'd be nice to feel appreciated by giving me a reward I can actually use. Other than that, no issues at all. Thanks guys!

I placed an order online & usually I don't have any problems at all.
We'll when I get home & finally sit down to eat I noticed what I ordered I didn't receive that..So I took one look & scoop & immediately thrower it away..because that's not what I ordered..I ordered the five cheese dipping sauce..has my mouth set for that & very disappointing...
