We could not have been happier with both the food and the service we received from Dombrowksi Catering, Margaret and her staff. We had a destination wedding and planning from afar was stressful, but Margaret gave us so much useful information in advance. We were unable to taste the food from any of the caterers we contacted, but we decided to go with Dombrowski because we immediately liked Margaret from our phone conversations. We were so happy to discover that the food was delicious! We had a stuffed chicken breast and a salmon entree, mixed vegetables, mashed potatoes, fruit/cheese/bread - all of it was delicious and many of our guests commented on it as well. In addition, Margaret and her staff on site that day were so helpful, so happy, so friendly, so accommodating, making sure everyone was enjoying themselves and everything was going well. They really went above and beyond everything we hoped and were an integral part of making our wedding day perfect! We can't recommend them highly enough!

We were very happy going with Dombrowski's for our big day. The food (chicken pasta and lemon dill salmon) was superb and our guests told us so. The presentation of the food was also very nice. The cake we chose was a delicious chocolate raspberry. I only wish we hadn't been whisked away from our table for pictures and socializing so we could go back for a third piece, lol. The quantity of food was more than sufficient, so our guests came away well fed.

The other thing was that we probably saved 20-30% by going with a small caterer. The big Tacoma outfits present a very professional image and I'm sure they do a great job, so we were hesitant at first. But as we worked with Margaret and then on our final day, we couldn't be happier with the job they did.
My only (minor) concern working with them is that for a smaller group such as ours, they understandably have fixed costs to offset and it wasn't clear that since our guest count turned out even lower, that the price per head was a little higher. Be sure to understand their policy if you anticipate having a small guest count. With that said, Margaret really worked with us to come to a resolution we were happy with, and again, the cost was much lower than the bigger caterers. Dombrowski's for the win!
