Atmosphere- 4 star- 50-60s themed diner with lots of pics and memorabilia on the walls. Music from the era was playing. Place was clean.

Service- 3 star- waitress was friendly. Food came fairly fast. Did not get offered any
refills.

Food- 3 1/5 Stars -came here for breakfast so I can only speak to that. It was ok but nothing to brag about. I paid an up charge to get hash browns instead of home fries which was $1.99 more. Not sure why cause they were kinda boring and a little greasy. Overall food was acceptable but like I said before nothing to brag about. May come back sometime and try their lunch/dinner items. If you’re in the area you could do worse.

I love this place! I've eaten here before, and I was delighted I could share it with my daughter. We both had the grilled chicken salad. It was huge, and quite delicious, loaded with chicken and veggies. The jalapeño poppers were great, too!! Shared a piece of cheesecake for dessert!! So good with strawberries!! It was a wonderful lunch

It's a diner, so it's nothing fancy, but it's not advertised as such. They're got a very large variety of items served all day with very generous operating hours.

Nothing overly remarkable about the food, but it wasn't bad by any means. The pancakes were solid, the sweet potato fries were solid; the regular fries were too, although I don't think they were homemade.

The hot roast beef sandwhich was just your typical cheap sandwich bread with what tasted like gravy from a packet. However, the actual roast beef was very tender and juicy, so props for that. Again, I wasn't expecting much so not taking points off. I will also say that the bacon was perfectly cooked for my tastes, which is to say that it was crispy on the outside and chewy on the inside.

Finally, I just really dig diner vibes, and this place is a quintessential example. Give 'em a shot!

Update:

I decided to return, and although the food was quite good, the service was some of the worst I have ever experienced. It was possibly the worst, now that I think about it. I probably could have done better myself, and I've never even served before.

For starters, the waitress told me I could just get a country-fried steak by itself and choose my own sides since I don't like eggs. Then after I ordered, she came back and told me I couldn't do that. I didn't feel like messing around, so I just told her I'd pay for the whole meal plus the sides individually.

Additionally, I would say that I had some questions, so she would answer one, walk away without warning, and then come back minutes later so I could finally ask the others. When the food finally started coming out 30+ minutes later, I got part of my food, and she asked if everything looked good. We said everything we were still missing. Even more time passes and I get my country-fried steak, which I think she probably forgot to put in.

I also asked for butter for my pancakes and waffle, as well as my pie that I ordered, and she gives me an affirmation and heads back to the counter. My girlfriend goes up to the counter and gets it because she neglected to even do something as simple as grabbing packages of butter.

She also clearly forgot to put in our order of chicken strips because after reminding her, they took like 15 minutes to come out. Like I said earlier, at least the food was good, because the service was atrocious. I also liked that they gave me bacon instead of eggs without me asking and they didn't charge me for the full combo plus the additional sides. I would go back for the food, but they desperately need better waitstaff. I'm reducing my four-star rating to only three.

Let me preface this by saying, never, *in my life* have I had such atrocious service. Came in and was asked "What do you want!" with quite a bit of attitude. Asked for coffee and a sandwich, was given a half mug of coffee (which I worked on for ~5-10 minutes) before the first of 8 requests for a refill, all of which were ignored. Finally as the waitress walked past me the third time with a mug (refilling coffee for others while ignoring me) I was able to get a refill (after she dropped off the bill and walked away as I asked for a refill one of the 8 times - mind you VERY politely "Ma'am, I know you're busy, but can I get a refill?") at which point she dumped coffee all over the table (and myself) then walked away mumbling something. The entire trip was so bad I cannot describe it, will never return, highly recommend everyone else stay FAR away. Food was good, but I don't care if it has a Michelin star rating, not worth it. (2nd time, same waitress, same experience, never again, not worth it)

Traveling through the area. I had been talking about a diner all day. Passed this one & HAD to stop. They play oldies, which is fabulous. Server was attentive and got our order pretty quickly. Food was super fresh, hot, & tasty. Was very impressed. We ordered the hamburger & fries, mozzarella sticks, & cabbage rolls. Everything was amazing. Plus they had cream soda.

Came in while driving through, the waitress was very nice. Ordered, after over an hour of waiting we got our food. Then when I got mine it was inedible and burnt, the chicken seemed processed too. Then I found a hair in my coleslaw. I’m out at that point, my Dad enjoyed his fish sandwich. Waitress did offer me a replacement but I told her I couldn’t wait another hour. She took it off my bill

I thought a diner great food, was I wrong we ordered lunch and breakfast. The food was greasy with ABSOLUTELY NO FLAVOR we had to add salt to the fries, mac and cheese eggs potatoes. Bacon was still raw just had a slight curl on the edge. The service was great the inside was very 50 60 decor but cob webs needed to be cleaned from the recessed lights. Thought it was a bit pricey
