Absolutely loved staying here will definitely be back again. We were worried after seeing online pictures of our room but they didn't do it justice. We had adjoining rooms with the rest of our family and it was great. The room was amazing, comfortable and in the perfect location for going to the parks.

If you're on the fence about staying here, just book it. You won't be disappointed.

Had a trade show at the Disneyland Convention Center. Stayed at the hotel. Check in was nice and easy. The room was very nice.
Then went into Downtown Disney for dinner. Disneyland makes convenience an art form. They have the hospitality thing down to a science. I do enjoy staying there.

My family and I had a great stay here. Everyone from the minute we go there to the time we left were are fantastic. They all seemed happy to be there, great attitude, polite, respectful, and very attentive. They answered all of our questions and encouraged us to ask more if we had any doubt about anything whatsoever
The store downstairs is very convenient. It has many great souvenirs.
Check in is very easy and check out is automatic so you don’t have to worry about that.
We got to see the Fireworks from our room. Great view. We will definitely be back

Visited with my granddaughter for my birthday. Stayed 3 nights. We absolutely loved this hotel. All the small touches of hidden Mickey’s, comfy beds, just a wonderful stay.|We were in the Fantasy Tower which is super convenient to the pools and downtown Disney. Monorail closed for refurbishment so had to walk from hotel to both parks, not a big deal to us.|Granddaughter loved all the pools, so many lifeguards to watch the swimmers.|Hotel staff amazing. We will return!

I don't usually stay at the Disney properties because of the expense. This time, a lot of effort was made to the save up so that we could have a more special experience. I have to say, it is well worth it! The quality of the rooms and experience with staff makes it a completely different and amazingly relaxing experience. I can't recommend it enough to plan ahead, save up the money, and stay at one of the hotels at Disneyland.

Rooms are decent, location is awesome, and convenient for the purpose of our stay. Special thanks to Amber who was caring for our room on the 8th floor of the Frontier Tower. Made my little girls day with some balloons and our stay was that much more magical because of it and the people of Disney.

We are currently staying at the Disneyland hotel and while it’s not horrible it’s far from great especially for the price you pay to stay here. Proximity to the park is wonderful. We are in a one bedroom suite with a sofa bed and the sofa bed is so hard and uncomfortable you don’t even need to consider it for a bed. There is an ongoing sewer smell in the room. Tonight we have NO hot water. We reported the issue and engineers are working on it. We are in the Frontier Tower and it could use a renovation. I do have to give appraise to Luis S. that gave us a lovely turn down service that we were happy to see when we arrived from dinner. Certainly a thoughtful added touch that we needed on a rainy day. At 1k per night look for other options.
