Food here is so insanely good! Very unique and with a lot of flavor. The environment there is so chill. Cool wrestling stuff in the restaurant. Zach is the coolest and very helpful! Will return 100%.

what a fun atmosphere and insane decor! had a bunch of items from the vegan menu! 10/10 . lived there free chips n salsa! the habanero salsa hit the spot! highly recommend! the army pants bartender lady was lovely !

Dilla Libre Uno offers a mix of hits and misses. I tried the Dragons Blood Margarita; while not unpleasant, it didn’t quite hit the mark for my taste. The bar’s design is questionable, with drink preparation occurring at the far end and front of the bar, suggesting a lack of bar experience in its design.

I had the Chupacabra Burrito, which was fresh and enjoyable, though it could benefit from more authentic Spanish flavors. Additionally, the tortilla chips were lacking freshness, and the salsa could have used more spice. I also tried their habanero sauce, but it didn’t deliver the heat I was hoping for. The pricing was a bit steep, even during happy hour, which might not justify the cost for some.

The establishment seems to aim for a refined and gourmet Mexican bar and grill experience, but the decor didn’t quite align with this ambition, feeling cluttered despite an organized approach. On the plus side, the service was excellent and the staff was friendly. Overall, there’s potential here, but some improvements in both ambiance and value could enhance the experience.

The margaritas are VERY good and they had quite a good selection of them. The only reason I'm giving 4 stars instead of 5 is because we got handed menus and it said Thursdays was bogo margaritas all day so we ordered several special margaritas. When I went to pay, I was told it's only TRADITIONAL so I was charged full price for all of our drinks. I know I didn't ask to specify but we were the only two people in the whole bar, the bartender definitely needs to specify because we would have only ordered the traditional ones had we known. And I would have tipped better but I felt like I was lied to for a larger check and I don't like that.

If you're fine paying the full price for drinks though the dragon and berry margaritas are super delicious!

Yum-O! Found Dilla Libre when we were looking for Mexican food as we passed through town. They did not disappoint! Zach, our server was amazing! Chill vibe, super friendly and made it feel like old friends. We had taco’s. Thai was my husband’s favorite, such good flavor. I loved the Papa Verde, the chilies and potatoes. Don’t get me wrong, they were all great-we just listed our favs. So Yummy! Last, the margaritas were over the top! Honestly, the best o have EVER had. Salt and chili on the rim.

This place has some great fusion of tacos! Their bahn mi tacos packed and delicious! Zach was our server and he was amazing! His knowledge, kindness and over all you just want to become friends with Zach! Zach definitely knows what he is doing and what he is recommending! Do not again Do not skip on the churros. We had them to go and when we arrived to our friends house they were still warm. This place is dangerously amazing!

Totally unexpected surprise. Enjoyed this so much didn’t take pictures of the food. Taco Tuesday worth visiting Phoenix for this. A great range of tacos, the Thai taco is incredible, the Banmigo is not to shabby, Carnitos very very good.
As for the drinks, the single margarita this as good as margaritas get, just a good strong salty, limey, beverage. This is a place to make a beeline for. Highly recommended.
