Found this little gem and I wish I had found it sooner! Staff is super friendly and the food is out of this world! This will be my new go to for friends and parties after church for Sunday brunch! If you haven't visited yet, you absolutely should!

The wait is a bit long (but for a reason! ((Everyone wants to go)) And worth it!

Top tier corned beef hash. The hashbrowns were super crisp, the corned beef was perfect, the eggs were just right. The pull apart fried dough was insane too. And despite being slammed, the food came out quick and our server was super chipper. 10/10 would recommend to a friend

Dierk's Parkside Cafe is the spot for a great breakfast. Everything had good flavor. Their prices are very reasonable. They make cinnamon rolls in the morning (not sure if they make it every morning). Very friendly staff. Even the cooks said hello. I love that. I can't wait to go back.

This place is the BEST. I ordered the chilaquiles (only available Sunday/Monday) and they were to die for! My mom had “the best Benedict of her life.” Five stars for Dierk’s!

The hash browns are absolutely delicious! Crusty on the outside and soft on the inside.

I also LOVE that the owner and his partner advocate for hungry youth in their area. Sharing their fortune to help people is a beautiful thing, especially when you can bring people together with food. Food is love.

Dang this place is good. Really good food, really good service. The kitchen is a well-oiled machine and you can see it if you sit at the counter like we did. Come hungry! Big portions!

Walking into Dierk’s felt like you found the best breakfast spot where all the locals go in Santa Rosa. The atmosphere is friendly with the cooks being visible in the restaurant and the servers coming and going and enjoying their mornings. The pull apart was well described as an appetizer for breakfast and didn’t disappoint. The country benedict was a nice twist on an eggs Benedict but without the poached egg. I might have asked for crispy bacon had I known but the dish was still incredibly tasty especially with perfectly cooked golden hash browns. Food came out quickly and all service was friendly and prompt. Parking is a bit of a challenge since the residential streets are narrow if you can’t grab a spot at the front.
