We were visiting from Seattle and stopped by to grab coffee on the way home. A young blonde woman was working. I wasn’t familiar with the offerings so I asked a few questions such as which coffee roaster they use, whether they have nitro cold brew, etc She laughed after my questions, was very impatient and had a terrible attitude. I thought I may have imagined it, but my boyfriend mentioned how terrible her attitude was as we drove away. I would expect better customer service at a small business where I would assume employees are treated well.

Pros: The coffee was great and I liked that there was no wait. I still tipped despite the unpleasant experience. Hopefully she has a better day.

I was trying to avoid leaving a review but the other day I slurped this little guy up through my straw 🥴
I tried reaching out via email and left a voicemail for the available number to let them know incase this yellow jacket was in the syrup (health hazard for people with allergies) and to possibly get a refund. But the coffee before the wasp was good and the staff was really nice!

If a person pulls up and your sign is on because its not 7 yet and your going to turn them away then shut your sign off at 6::45. There will always be people tjat come at a few minutes before close. Its why you have a open and close time.

I order the Chai Latte and every time i get it, it tastes amazing!! Great customer service as well. My new favorite coffee place that beats Starbucks completely!

Went through the drive through this morning with a line and one of the girls greated me outside at my window which surprised me and my reactive pit bull who barked and sort of intimidatingly jumped across my lap and half way out my window for pets and the barista was so kind-- she let my dog say hi, had a great laugh and was so kind. She took my order and by the time I got to the window everything was ready for me. The two barista were clearly a great team and made the best espresso I've had in a long time. It was such a great experience that it made me understand, for the first time, how some folks go to get coffee every day. The positive interaction was so fulfilling, and the delicious coffee felt like the cherry on top! Thanks so much, you two lovely ladies! You made my day!

Love the app, helps when it’s busy i can usually just walk up and go. surprised about some of the bad reviews since i do really like their coffee and service is always nice

Best coffee in Anacortes. I love that they get busy for business sake, but I am sad when it changes my course decision to get to work in the a.m. or stop by for my pickup.

Just went through there this morning. I just recently started going there over other coffee stands because they make my drink perfectly. I had the best customer service. Didn’t catch her name but she put a smile on mine and my daughters face. Thank you for being so lovely this early in the morning.
