Been here so many times and still going here as long I'm in town! Delicious food, great customer service! I highly recommend this place. New York steak is a great choice along with many other options.

Picked up order for take out. Wa all packed tightly in bag. Got it home and instead of spaghetti, Scarface, and 50/50. The order was spaghetti, Scarface, and more spaghetti. When my daughter called she was immediately told that they couldn’t help her out with that. She took the extra spaghetti back. Sh has not arrive back yet. The point is that it is another example of the customer is always wrong immediately. They attempted to give her the correct order and they got it wrong again.

We dine at several of the regional DiCicco's restaurants. While all are good, our favorite is definitely the Kingsburg location. The menu is more varied, the food is very good and the new location is lovely. I've read some of the comments about service. We've NEVER had a problem with service at this restaurant.

Went in with a large group who had a reservation. I know it wasn't the servers fault that there wasn't enough servers to efficiently take care of our group. Management should have planned better

My friend & I wanted pasta so we went to DiCiccos which was my first time at this location; have been to other DiCiccos at other locations. Staff was friendly, prompt & our meals were on point👌 chill vibe our waitress was great & the gentlemen at the cashier counter was so nice to bring me a plastic bag for my leftovers to go into cuz he said he didn't want the paper bag that was given by my waitress to rip on me. So very courteous & I loved that so I will be returning since I now know this DiCiccos is near Hanford where I live. And my Momma & I love their Scarface even surprised my Mom when I got home with an order of Scarface for her since she hasn't eaten at a DiCiccos since the one operating in Hanford closed so that's been years. Our tummy's were very happy! ❤️

I ordered a totally different dish which was delicious. Unfortunately, my mom ordered what she always orders and it was totally different, didn't taste good at all and she ended up sending it back. The service was outstanding and they quickly made things right for my mom, bringing her a different dish which she really liked. All in all it was a very good experience and we will definitely be back.

I placed an order a day in advance (super large order) not only was it ready on time, it was delicious and they didn't get a single thing wrong. I was really impressed with the speed and quality of service they showed. I will forever go back to this location!
