We had a great time visiting Diamond Mountain Casino this week. Staff was very friendly and the room was clean and comfy. Nicole, our bartender at the casino bar was awesome. She is funny and has a great personality. It was great to have such an attentive bartender. She made our stay extra special. We’ll definitely be back to visit again.

I love this place and I guess it's because it's the only casino in Susanville but I think that it would be better if they had like Black Jack, tables instead of just slot machines.

I like this small town casino because they have a decent non-smoking area with doors. There are older machines - like video poker - back in here, and there’s no extremely noisy machines in this area. My perfect place to hide!

The rooms are spacious and clean. The bed is super comfortable and and the staff is courteous and helpful. Unfortunately we didn't get a chance to eat at the restaurant but the small coffee stand was excellent with yummy fresh made bakery items. We will stay there whenever we are in Susanville.

We have dined here for years. It was always good. Yesterday had the worst rib eye. Was tough with gristle and vegetables were so mushy, we couldn't eat them took
home for dogs. I don't know why it has gone downhill so bad kids hamburgers were good. This is a rural area you'd think we could get good beef.

Go somewhere else to eat. Bar/food service is lackluster, smoking is allowed in the restaurant and food service area.

Slot machines only cash out to a players card, which they do not tell you nor is it prominently displayed in the casino floor.

I waited 10 minutes and had 4 employees walk past me while the service light was lit on my machine. Once I asked for assistance the tech was annoyed at ME for requiring needing them to do their JOB.

This place was an absolute gem. Nice & comfortable rooms and lovely casino. The staff made this stay just wonderful. Every single employee encounter was great!!! Shoot out to Dylan, the bartender / Valentine & Farley, slots
